Had an issue with the website after ordering with it for a while. When the mix up happened everyone was incredibly patient and the staff were incredibly helpful. The manager himself took time to help me out and we were able to get my order on track. Will come back in person.

Simple, traditional, excellent fried chicken, plus the best sweet corn, honey-butter biscuits, coleslaw, and with some interesting alternative sides as mac&cheese, jalapeño bombers, fried okra, etc. Just need to improve a bit in their on site service and facilities but, at least you got the best product.

We ordered a 18 piece family dinner yesterday. Chicken was good as well as the sides of mashed potatoes and Mac&cheese. But we were missing the bisquets. We live in the Victoria’s area and I was not going to drive all the way to their location to pick up the missing bread. Very dissatisfied.

The waiting was really long. Only one girl was taking and filling the orders, the cook was really busy too. I asked why wasn’t the manager helping her? She just smiled and apologized to the customers. When she filled my order I commended her for her very professional customer service. But this Calexico franchise is in need for a serious re-training.
