I’m surprised by the reviews because my husband and I have been to this location TWICE already and the chicken has been hot and fresh both times. The service is pretty good too! I think that speaker keeps us from really hearing the employees as they try to take my order. As long as the food keeps tasting like it did today we will be back each time.

Church’s Texas Chicken is consistently delicious and satisfying. The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sides like mashed potatoes and biscuits are just as good. The staff is friendly and service is usually fast, even during busy times. It’s a great spot for a quick, hearty meal that never disappoints. Definitely one of my go-to places for fried chicken!

Came last night and got my chicken well done legs are what we’re talking about so probably a extra minute longer not 5 min longer they dried my chicken out they were so small they looked like drummets…..probably on purpose didn’t notice until I got home forgot my pepper I live 20 min away smh I came the day before and the chicken was really good ask well done that day also but it still was eatable and still had it’s flavor stay consistent please

Churches was the place to go when you didn’t want to pay alot. Now it’s more expensive than Kentucky, Popeyes, and Pollo-loco. Their service sucks. Not worth it.

I wouldn’t recommend this churches chicken to anybody came through the drive-through. There was already feeling rushed as soon as I pulled up as I was trying to get my order together, they wouldn’t take the time to get my order right and then I get my food and I take it home and there’s a small fry in my bag and I ordered a large. I take it back to the restaurant which I live about seven minutes away and when I take it back to the lady, she had the nerve to tell me that this is a large fry, even though it’s clearly a small I told her I wanted a refund she gave me a refund and then almost refused to give me my receipt back for my original purchase and my refund whoever’s hiring these people at this restaurant they need to take a serious class and customer service because that’s not the way that you treat paying customers nor is that how you shouldn’t be trying to price gout your customers and giving them false orders. That’s not OK.

I went to this churchs on Monday to get something to real quick to eat and the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way and the supervisor was very unprofessional and I see her drop a chicken on the floor and just pick it up and put it back in the basket so I ask the cashier what was her name cuz she didn’t have her name tag on and she told me her name was letty I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here I would rather eat a cup of noodles

I came to this churches chicken because it said on Google it was open until 10pm. I came at 8:45pm and right when I pulled to the drive thru , the lights turned off, and no one answered but there was two male employees walking around with headphones in their ears and wiping down all the appliances , now I’m all for cleaning up in a timely matter , but I was early to where I can get food and be out their way to clean up for the night . If your establishment was going to be closing early , then I believe it should be posted on Google , not have someone drive up and they shut the whole place down while in the drive way, let alone thinking it’s open until 10pm. I even pulled to the window to order thinking someone would help me , thinking something was wrong with the speaker to order. No come to find out they had just shut the place down early, and ignored me while I’m trying to get service. Wouldnt recommend anyone to come here on a late dinner option , you won’t get serviced even though they close at 10pm. And you show up at a decent time to order yourself or family food.

Deserves a 0! Ordered the 3 peice tenders with biscuit plus the mega bites meal. Not only did the staff take 20 minutes to prepare order, the chicken was pink on the inside, frozen and gooey! Straight disappointment!
