I’m writing this review the same day of my visit because after multiple attempts to give this location a chance, I’ve had enough. This is not just about the walk-in service. I’ve tried both the drive-thru and going inside, and the experience is always poor. Today was the tipping point.
I waited inside patiently only to be treated like an afterthought while every drive-thru order was handled first. The staff was unfriendly, didn’t smile, and when I had an issue with my order (a mushy jalapeño), the attitude I received was dismissive and rude. They took forever to even acknowledge me and made me feel like my request was a burden.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the consistent lack of basic customer service at this location needs attention. Management, please take this as constructive feedback: improve how you treat all your customers, inside and out. I will not spend my money here again, and I can’t recommend this place.

The prices in California so much higher than Las Vegas and I don’t understand 4 years ago all churches had same prices this is to much I spent 16.00 for 4 chickens 3 legs 1 wing now in Vegas 2.49 for small drinks 2.99 for medium out in Vegas in los angeles 3.46s 4.08m no Matter what stai could cost on churches lunch under 5 1wing biscuits no drink all this did make me decide to eat at home because the lady talk to me as if I was stupid I glad I didn’t get meal the fries 5 frshe left in was nasty you can not talk to people any kind of way my atmosphere in my car was awesome

I ordered Mac and cheese and a three piece. When I Arrived home, I had no napkin’s, no fork, no honey or hot sauce. I guess I should ask for these items before I left and not assumed I needed to eat my Mac and cheese with my fingers. Smh
