I ordered a two piece wing one side biscuit added a leg 18.49!!! Ridiculous The chicken had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever! A bunch of non tasting crust! This chicken is absolutely not the same as early 2,000’s and 90’s. This location is run down, I would never frequent it again! Whoever, the owner is should be ashamed! Guess I’ll wait till I go down south to try it again!

The chicken is ok… What I really dislike about this place is the wait time… It would be ok if the place was actually packed but it’s not… The problem is they are understaffed… If there is one person ahead of you and two cars in the drive thru you will have a long wait because the only cashier is handling it all… Prices are cheap too…

Let’s start with the positive. The food is fabulous. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy and flavorful, and juicy, not dry. The biscuits are melt-in-your-mouth good. Yum. However, the service is absolutely abysmal. I cannot tell you why it would take 20 minutes to provide chicken tenders and biscuits for a drive thru order when I am the only one in line. This did not happen only once. Not even twice. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You will be in the line waiting for your food a miminum of 15 minutes, even if you’re the only one. Normally, I prepare my mind for the wait. Today, however, there were 2 cars in front of me, and I was hungry. Not a good combination. So after waiting almost 5 minutes, and not even getting to the point of ordering, I left and went to Popeyes down the street, where I was in and out in 2 mins. Church’s… Y’all need to do better because this is pitiful.

They offer free food if you sign up for rewards and make a purchase. So I sign up, make my purchase, and get nothing free. App keeps saying click here to redeem your free food, I click it and it says there’s nothing to redeem. Straight con to get you in there.
