I went there yesterday before work and whatever crew was working on Christmas around 2:30 deserve a raise. And that tall pretty lady with the braids was above awesome she was so nice and they were busy and there was wait and she kept checking on everyone and apologizing for the wait that whole crew was so great. Team work makes the dream work… I just wanna say they were great and it was nice seeing a whole team working together its not often you see that. And like always my chicken and biscuit was on point but I was sad cause if I woulda known how fresh them biscuits was I woulda bought more. I only been to this location 3 times I just moved back here and all 3 times everyone was so nice. I hope u appreciate your employees

The store was dirty. The food was terrible. Everything taste like it was cooked in old grease. We got the surf and turf which consisted of fish sticks that taste like cardboard and tiny chicken tenders. Will not be going back to this restaurant. It was horrible not worth the $25 that we spent.

Location is ok. Server is super nice. Food is delivered very fast. 4 pieces of spicy chicken for 6.99 is a very good deal. 3 of the chicken pieces are huge but one piece is really tiny. The server gave us extra cups for water, dishes for sharing food. The restaurant is not too busy inside (a short line up) but a long line up in drive through. Id say the girls are pretty efficient in delivering and serving.
The spicy chicken is not too spicy and it has a good taste to it. Very crispy and hot. Super delicious.
The floor seems sticky but overall it’s a 5-star.

This place needs a re-evaluation. The crew that was there tonight February 19, 2026 does not deserve their jobs. Two of the young ones spent the whole time flirting with one another and never acknowledged any customer that came in. I would understand if this was my first time coming to this restaurant, but this is like this everything with this crew. I ordered two tenders and shrimp and I got only the tenders. Never mind the fact that it was a online order and had to wait an extra 10 mins.

On 11/17/2025 I promise you , from now on I’m sticking to the Rancho “Texas Chicken location”. I came to this location around 6 ish pm and I ordered a two piece leg and thigh combo on line , and was charged extra 1.07 cents after giving her a dollar for the biscuit. I was told that I wasn’t allowed get a dime for the 7 cents out of their little cup holder, of which they said was their tip cup. Are you kidding me.. there was every bit of .80 cents in TOTAL, no dollar bills , NOT ONE single dollar bill, it was two quarters , a few dimes, 3 Pennies and maybe 3 nickels.. so the young black manager or whoever he was said to me that he will let me slide this time lol.. so then I ordered two more orders regularly (not online orders) of the two piece combo and I’d mention a large sweet tea as well. Tell me why after getting my order they had no thighs , and put only legs and after giving me my food I was told that I have to wait an extra 10 minutes just to get my spicy thighs , and they never gave me my drink . So I mentioned to them where is my drink , and they told me that I never mentioned a drink . I replied to the young Hispanic girl with the glasses that you think I’m about to order 6 pieces of chicken to EAT HERE and not get a drink ???? . So instead of admitting that she just didn’t pay attention to me mentioning a drink and having good customer service and giving me my drink with no charge they made me pay 3.00 dollars for a large sweet tea and only gave me one thigh after waiting 10 minutes with my meal and the rest only legs !!! And with a bad attitude.. all of them displayed when they were in the wrong!!! And to make it all worse it stunk bad in there and right after I finished my food I saw a Roach crawling around on the floor . They need to clean that location up (sanitize) and clean up there employees.. or shut it down!!! I will NEVER go back there again

Want southern chicken? Then Church’s might just be for you. You can definitely taste the deep fried southern chicken. They’re not what I would call the best chicken, but a southern taste. One warning, their chicken is suuuupppppeeeerrrr salty, so if you’re sensitive to sodium, don’t eat too much.

Order family bundle of chicken and when i get home the chicken had old grease taste which was not edible. The fries were old and stale only thing good were the biscuits. I know churches can do better than this. This location is bad.

I came to my usual location, flamingo and boulder for my usual order, a spicy 4pc no sides.I’m usually not expecting 5 star service or product as I’m more concerned with pricing. When I placed my order I was told for the 2nd night in a row there’s no chicken for my order so I asked why. When April heard my question she got her manager Shakur to speak on the radio to me. His replies were short, rude and condescending. There was literally no customer service present, no apology for the lack of product, wait, and a curt, self described “direct” response of “do you want the chicken or not?”. I was asked this twice over the radio, which found over the top so I stayed and asked for names and dates. I was told I couldn’t be given Shakur’s boss Brenda’s email or phone number, which doesn’t follow company protocol. At every turn,Shakur chose to minimize and rush instead of handle a customer concern with even a shrivel of decency. By the way, the chicken isn’t all that good at this location to be waiting 20+ minutes or to be treated like a nuisance.

I wanted Churchs Chicken, so here I am. I was craving their biscuits, so I made my way. I waited in the drive-thru for a bit. A little slow as there were 4 cars in front of me. However, when I got to the window, the worker was very nice. I had the 2 piece with biscuit. The chicken and biscuit were hot. Unfortunately, the exterior of the building by the window is so dirty, and the drive-thru curb appeal can be better. Regardless, I’d still return.

Haven’t had this fried chicken in a long time and it didn’t disappointed. It was crunchy and fell apart for the bone. Biscuits supersoft and the honey hmmgm. Delicious.
