Ok so you guys changed the name, but did you guys change the recipe as well? Just left this location today 12:40 pm, I got the 4 piece chicken meal,and a 5 piece chicken tender meal. Why does the chicken not no seaso I’m hoping the people who made this did this as a joke because if this is the new recipe churchs chicken is about to lose alot of customers and money.

6:15 PM We just left the drive through. 4 piece white combo. $17. The wings were so dry they crumbled and the meat was to tuff to eat. The breast were even dry. The macaroni and cheese was mushy. Thank you for at least making the honey biscuit edible.
This is normally my go to spot. But wow! Y’all drop the ball on this meal. And we were hungry and we are to tired to drive all the way back to get freshly prepared food. We are so disappointed . And we’re still hungry.

Placed an online order that included a 4 piece spicy chicken combo. Did not get spicy chicken, just regular, some how the fries were raw? Will not be ordering from this location again. If you can’t complete the order as requested, just cancel it so i can get a refund and order food that would be edible. Now I’m out money and food

Won’t be coming here ever again due to unprofessional service the manager never greets and always looks at u with an attitude. During the evening a few times things were missing and chicken tasted as if it was recooked in the grease and not fresh. Very disappointed and will make sure to go to another location.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches,both were drowned in sauce. On both sides,tell these kids to make the food as if it’s their own.

I’ve been here a handful of times had very good customer service dealing with the boys that work here amazing customer service they are the only reason we kept coming back but tonight @ 5:25 we got the most RUDEST Female that made us say hello no we are not spending money here all cause of one person messed up our dinner

I understand that they are understaffed but need to do better with customer service, I received my cup wit a broken lid so when it was handed to me the lemonade spilled all over me and my car, I proceeded to say it was ok because mistakes happen and I hope she didn’t Purposely give it to me knowing the lid was broken. I also asked for extra Creamy Jalapeño sauce and Ketchup to come with both of my 5 pc combos and only got 3 Creamy Jalapeño sauces but no Ketchup. Please do better this store has so much potential to be better and it’s the little details like that, that make people want to keep coming back no matter the wait if you have a great service experience. I’m not happy with the service today and hope for a better future for the employees.
