We got take out. Chicken was over cooked. And not very warm. The biscuits were old and hard. The tea was like sugar water. It looked like brown water. And the okra was burnt. The ghetto Churchs in Albuquerque is way better than this place. It’s very upsetting when you pay $70 for food and it was gross.

Service is horrible, chicken is not cooked right. Ordered on line and waited 45 minutes after it said it would be ready. This church’s on Joe Harvey is not good. the one on Del Paso is older and so much better.

First the bad. Service was slow. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and they weren’t busy. Finding a clean table was a challenge. The children was perfectly cooked. And the sweet tea was amazing. I love sweet tea and this was tops on my list for flavor and lack of grit. I gave a good review because the food and drink out weighed the negative by that much.

Was served uncooked chicken and the tenders had no chicken was just crust called the store and no answer at all for being a new store sure has a lot of issues already can’t get no one to answer the phone or cook chicken the biscuits were so hard I could have broken a windshield with them so sad bc churches was my go too chicken place now it’s Popeyes chicken at least they know how to answer the phone and fix the problems and correct them the right way I had to give a star bc would let me do .25 of a star

Horrible customer service. They don’t inform you when what you want is out of stock, they just give and charge you what they want and fail to let you know they changed your order. Then they forget to get you everything else you ordered. It’s no wonder other chicken franchises are moving in to take your business. I’d give 1/4 star if I could.

This Church’s Chicken on Joe Harvey, getting freaking ridiculous a few visits ago, my mac and chz was queso only had like 5 macaroni in it. I just placed an order, the young lady taking order, asked me 3 times to repeat my order. Which I did, exactly the same way. Always order the same thing. It wasn’t even busy.
