Walked in and it is freezing cold. Was going to dine in but ate in the car instead so food did not get cold quickly. They were out of corn and refused to make more. Was horrible but not the best service. They should consider putting tables outside if they are going to keep it at freezer temperatures.

Every time. Every time I go thought y’all’s drive through I have issues. Staff is lazy and unmotivated. Orders are ALWAYS incorrect. I’ll go to the south side location before I come here ANYTIME. And quite frankly that says allot.

Food was delicious but Karina C had the nastiest attitude. She rolled her eyes at my husband because he asked her to change his order. Girl get over yourself. Yall weren’t even busy. It’s church’s, humble urself love. Your really not all that so be thankful for the job you have. I did leave a review on the receipt as well.

Food was good and so was the service but I can’t believe how cold they have it in that place. The Ac must never shut off. I’d estimate 65 degrees. It was so cold in there that my glasses fogged up when I went outside. That is a crazy waste of money to freeze your customers.

This store has consistentaly messed up online orders missing items, sides, entire combos on order.
To make it worse is that if you have an issue with the food or anything they wont answer their phone. It just rings and then eventually just hangs up on you. I’d suggest to anyone that is trying to find a lunch option for work to go some where else.

This store is not competent enough to 100% satisfy online orders.

We got our chicken in time but from the taste and texture I could feel from the chicken I could tell it’s more than a day old. And they forgot my mash potatoes. Never again. This is the second time the chicken was very old.
