Angel was wonderful, Great customer service. His attitude was lovely even under pressure. He greeted everyone coming in and took good care of me and other customers too¡! I placed an order online because the line was very long and their intercom doesn’t work so you have to wait til you get to window to order. This night seemed like everyone wanted chicken because wingstop was swamped too but I chose to come here instead. No regrets. The spicy chicken was hot delicious, crispy and tasty. I ordered a 10 piece family. The sides were really good – the mashed potatoes, macaroni, corn and coleslaw. Thank you so much. It’s hard to find good customer service and y’all are doing great!!

We ate late lunch arrived just after 1:00 took 10 minutes to take our order and another 15 to get it. Food was cold, had to ask for our drinks and a side they forgot. Food was stuffed in a bag and ate inside although dinning area was dirty. Selected the cleanest table. Location got busy after we came in but at that time only one person was waiting for food that was preordered. This was our first visit to Church’s chicken hope we can try it again elsewhere.

The girl that took our order didn’t even ask if it was for there or to go she just bagged everything up. We sat in the lobby and ate our chicken off of napkins that by the way I had to ask for because we weren’t given any or any utensils. The couple that walked in later were treated better and we’re even given plates with their food

This is the only place I will eat a biscuit, lil honey biscuit. The manager took my order and was very friendly when I asked his favorites and I ordered what he suggested. The Jalapeno bombs were delish along with the spicy chicken! The store was clean and the food was very fresh! Thank you!

Normally I’d give Church’s Chicken a 5. I live ab hour away. So when I go to Las Cruces NM I go eat at Church’s Chicken. What can I say it’s my favorite place to go eat chicken. Every time I went the chicken was so hot straight out of the oil fresh as can be. It tastes just like my mom used to make. Lately it’s been semi warm. Not tasting the same. I have gone back to explain my situation. They apologize and give me more chicken. I just want that fresh hot chicken I get all the time. Is that so much to ask for. We’ll maybe Im going overboard. But when you taste that fresh chicken just out you will understand what Im talking about. Yummy. Next time you go eat at Church’s Chicken ask for it fresh. Than you will know what Im talking about. Can’t wait to go. Maybe Ill ask for it fresh. We’ll not really I will ask for it fresh.

I love churches chicken over all other places but just a fyi to those who go there i ordered a 8 piece family meal and there was no brest in the box and you should get 2 I love the dark meat but my sister and brother will only eat white meat so they were very disappointed when they didn’t get it so if your listening churches lets make sure the order is right I would have ordered some strips if I had been told they didn’t have the brest so I hope this is the only time my order is wrong.Thanks

Terrible service. Employees outside sharing a joint while there’s a whole line of cars waiting to be served. Only 1 car ahead of me…I left… went to the McDonald’s next door, 8 cars in front of me… got my food, pulled out and their line was exactly where I left it…. I ordered 3 tenders you wait 30 minutes for nothing…
