Disappointed that the dining room isn’t open. Employees were not pleasant or patient with the ordering process. It was our first time eating here and honestly wasn’t the best.
The chicken sandwich that we got was pretty good. The temperature of the sandwich was a little cook. May be that the sandwich was made a little earlier than our visit.
We did enjoy the honey butter flavor of the chicken sandwich bun.

I Ordered Okra instead was given Coleslaw with my food. Guy who took my order acknowledged the change to Okra, he was more concerned of Mashed potatoes and gravy x2 instead of listening to customers orders

Of all the fast food vendors in town, I prefer Church’s chicken tenders at this location. They are large enough to make a meal, crispy on the outside, and moist inside. Head and shoulders above most of their competition. Makes me think I’m back in Texas. Definitely hits the spot when you are craving chicken strips.

My husband got a single order of chicken for $7 April 18. An employee made a fraudulent charge with my credit card for an additional $20.02 Called and spoke with a manager whom she claims it’s possible they used my card for another transaction due to them having shift change at the time. She says to bring in the receipt, which I had no idea they had charged the additional 20.02 and never even got a receipt for that transaction. Then said come in on Monday when the “main manager” is in. So we ask for the name and says “I can’t give u that information”. They fraudulently stole my money without our knowledge, good thing we checked the online bank statement or we never would have knew. Also asked for the district managers name and she didn’t know. This place will rob u for your money without u knowing. Now manager is saying to get a bank statement and bring back to the Main Manager whom I can’t get the name of. Very disappointed in this establishment. Wasting my time for their mistake and making me do a runaround because they were not paying attention and used my card for someone else’s transaction.

This review is based off of multiple visits. This is one of the few rare places that I never have had an issue with regarding the staff and overall service. They always are nice here and I’ve never come across anyone having a “bad day” unlike other fast food joints in this town. Even when they mess up on an order they rectify it with no issue. I highly recommend this establishment.

Customer service sucks order food and then don’t even get everything in there that comes with the mail and you get called a liar over the phone do not appreciate being called a liar if you didn’t put the order in correctly you had a recheck your stuff and make sure you do your job properly it ain’t that hard to do chicken mashed potatoes and fried okra and make sure they’re all in the bag

This is my second visit to this location, i was there December 7th in the evening. the food was good and fresh this is about only chicken establishment that offers corn on the cob definitely hit the spot. But the big plus out of the service and food was the cashier very polite and professional, he definitely knows how to upsell and it was the perfect upsell. Its hard to find perfect polite employees like this gentlemen who seemed to put customers first.
