NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! The chicken sandwich was so gross I gave it straight to my dog after spitting out the first bite. That was the nastiest most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life and to believe it was $5.50 is shameful. Then my two dark piece meal didn’t even have the biscuit or jalapeno and I got charged $0.50 extra for one of my sides. While my fries were burnt (I personally like them that way) but not everyone does so that’s also something to keep in mind, I had to wait at the window after you gave me my food because you forgot my fries and I had to wait for more after appearing to look shocked…”O, you don’t have your fries”…. Seriously?…I am appalled and disgusted at what I received and never again will churches ever in my life receive my business.

I’m not much in the way of fast food hamburgers. My friend called me up and said we should go to lunch and this is where he wanted to go. The hamburger was probably better than I thought it was going to be. As usual they got the order wrong and it took time to fix it.

As a group, we went to Church’s to obviously eat some good fried chicken. It was around 845. The lobby was closed as the hours posted stated 10pm. It was Sunday night and sure enough, the lobby was closed. The food was good through the drive through, but we wanted to eat there. The guy at the drive though was friendly so credit where it is due. Got a 3 piece spicy combo with corn and okra. Nothing had any flavor other than old grease. Oh, except the biscuit, it had a cardboard flavor. Even the Dr pepper was flat.

7/29/25 – Had sides and 1 chicken wing. I bit into the wimg and a seriously bad smell came up. I let my coworker smell it and she almost threw up her lunch. It smelled rotten and they fried it anyway and sold it. If i get sick I will be coming after you monetarily
I cashier did not want to smell ot. She got her manager a short Hispanic lady. I told her the situation and to smell the chicken. I insisted she smell it which she finally did and she tried to act like she couldn’t smell anything. She offered me another wing or side which I refused. We just left the place.

The employees at this location are rude or try to trick you with lame upsells disguised as “part of the deal”. The food is what it is, but I take a chance going there due to the shady service. The manager DOES NOT care how rude the employees are and can be quite rude also.

Dirty, slow and didn’t get order right. Really, the drive thru window is what your customers see and it is the nastiest, dirty window. You can see the backs of equipment covered in gross dust, obviously haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. Took so long to place the order and get it with only one car ahead of us. Fries are old and cold. Didn’t get dipping sauce for tenders and didn’t get the drink. Bad service, mediocre food and very dirty. Never again!!!

I went in this location yesterday. Ordered a sandwich and fries. The sandwich tasted like fish so I assume the oil hasn’t been changed. The fries were old and dry. The staff offered to replace and/or upgrade my order. ???? I went across the street to Denny’s and had a great meal.
