This place is awful. I ordered on the app and when I arrived, the employee claimed she didn’t have my order and when i pulled up to the window to show her my mobile receipt, she had a bad attitude and tried to say I was at the wrong location which I double checked and then she realized she was wrong so she asked me what I’d ordered. She went to grab the order and forgot half of it and then tossed the bag at me. She didn’t even give us straws for the drinks. Don’t go to this location. The employees are rude and treat customers poorly.

Very disappointed In this churches chicken, I have never pulled into a fast food drive-through And been told we’re out of everything as I drove around this establishment did not look Like they were open as I couldn’t see any of the employees as I pull through the drive-through, I waited five minutes for the young girl to answer. Hello how can I help you as I continued to place my order she says sorry we’re out of everything and then replied, can I order Or not she says are you willing to wait? 30 minutes for chicken I replied yes, and she said Wait, let me go check if I have any to cook Then replies back no sorry don’t have any to cook I’ve never experienced this at any restaurant. How are you out of the whole menu and how do you have nothing to cook? I then drive around to exit and seeing a young girl with dyed hair. I really think this should be addressed. If you do not have any food to cook you should be shut down and not open.

I normally don’t like ordering from places like this but we didn’t feel like cooking tonight because we have a big family to feed so we gave this place a shot. We ordered online, a family meal with 16 pieces of chicken with a mix of thighs & drumsticks, our sides were double mashed potatoes and gravy, baked Mac-n-cheese, with 8 honey biscuits. We also ordered another side of Mac-n-cheese. When we arrived inside for pickup there was only one worker a gentleman who was on his phone for 5 minutes before he even noticed us… when we got home the chicken was not the best pretty hard what can you expect bringing it home right.. except we like 5 minutes away!! The sides were cold not even warm the biscuits were harder than a rock. The quality of the food was not good and to top it off I pulled a hair out of the Mac-n-cheese…. definitely lost my appetite and I hadn’t even tried the chicken yet!! My spouse immediately got a stomach ache.. This place ruined all church’s chicken for me & this is the reason why I do not order from church’s chicken or KFC!! Please save your money & go elsewhere than this location, I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my time & money!

We came an hour before closing time and had the fried chicken, and a shrimp combo. It’s all hard to chew. However, the corn and biscuit was good. Busy place with drive in customers but we managed to get good and friendly service.

I really wasn’t very impressed except, for one lady who was working her tail off. The chicken wasn’t crisp, the biscuits were hard, and the apple pie was pretty blah. We cleaned our table before we sat down, but still couldn’t get all of the gross stuff off. I won’t be returning.

I was very disappointed with the chicken today. Normally I always agree with people that it’s the best chicken , but tonight just made me very disgusted . And I only got 2 drumsticks and they were both like this. The fact that someone will see it’s old hard pieces and still serve it to people is sad. You should want to serve the best quality food even if it’s a hr before closing ! You can always mention that what you’re requesting isn’t the freshest so the customer can decide if they want to spend their money or not or pick something else that’s a little more fresh! Never going back to this location .

We just left and my husband seen one of employees coming out taking out the trash and he was trying to ask him a question about should he park here and wait for them to bring the food out, the guy had ignore him twice and he was saying my husband was being rude and he wasn’t he literally lied in his face. He heard my husband saying something to him.

Definitely do not recommend eating here. The customer service is terrible, and they try to rush you. We had a small change to our order, and since the place was completely empty, no cars, no customers, we pulled up to let them know. Instead of simply taking the change, they made us drive all the way around and order through the intercom, which was pointless and frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would. They really need to hire people who actually care about doing their job.
