Run from this place and don’t look back. Boneless chicken wings were cold, soggy and stale, as if they were defrosted but not cooked. The spicy sauce application was not even close to the advertisement. Side sauce was also missing. On the 3-piece chicken, the outside was breaded well but the meat on the inside was slimy and off. Worst of all, was the food poisoning that came after, what a nightmare.

So I wait for over 20 minutes for food – okay no big deal they’re busy ! I get it ! get home realized they gave me all thighs – when there’s only suppose to be 2 . I paid extra for breast . They took chicken tenders and tore them up for the 12 boneless wings I ordered – forgot a fry . Needless to say I was mad – the women at this location were very nice and tried to be accommodating but KEVIN ( the manager he says )?has a serious anger problem – called me outside to fight . Said he put my fries together in one because they ran out of paper ) lol they did remake my food but when someone pays $50 for food – don’t try to scam them and not give them what ordered.

Rude and my order was short. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and ended up getting a 12 piece family meal. Was absolutely charged for a 16 piece. Good food poor customer service.

I bought chicken today only to discover fly eggs on 2 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with a manager. He said he would give me a store credit next time I drop by. I started telling him I don’t want to purchase chicken from them again but he hung up on me. I wasn’t yelling or telling him off either. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION !

Church’s Texas Chicken, in Los Lunas, New Mexico Drive-through is fast and convenient had a small wait , but not too bad for the size of meal that was ordered. Service was nice. Workers were friendly and courteous. Will go again for a fast meal.

Sign says “under new management” and was still horrible. The staff looked like thugs and were very rude. One employee told us it’s going to take awhile without even greeting us and when my wife asked how long is awhile he ignored her and walked to the back. Very rude and disgusting establishment and should be shut down! I gave it a one star because you have to give it at least a star to make a review

I’ve been to this store several times, each time thinking it will be better, but it never is. I don’t think they’ve got my order correct a single time. Either something is missing, they charge me for something random I didn’t even order or a bunch of my “fries” are charcoal fried okra that was mixed in from who knows when. See photo.

Disappointing Experience
Stopped at the Church’s Chicken in Los Lunas and won’t be coming back. We were the only customers there, yet we still had to wait far too long for our order. When the food finally came, the sides were barely half full, and the quality of both the food and service was terrible. My chicken sandwich was smashed, looks like it was intentionally since it was not under anything. For the price, I expected at least decent portions and prompt service — got neither. They have a new banner saying “under new management” but seems to be just as bad as always. Their loby was also closed to other customers trying to go in. Very disappointing.
