Honest review after going a few times. This place started off good when it first opened. But it has 100% gone Downhill now and the food quality is Bad. Bland and Stale chicken especially at night, that has just sat around under the lamp. The store is just teenage employees who were blasting music Loudly over the store speakers and sitting around at the tables in the dining room on thier phones. Customer service was Poor.. they acted like we were an inconvenience to them by going in. We will Not be coming back.

Mac and cheese is not baked…more like a soup with mushy noodles. Chicken was cold and no flavor at all. Drink filled about 3/4 the way. Pumpkin pie was burnt and dry inside. Try again in a few months to see if they improve.

The chicken was fantastic. The breasts pieces we had were juicy, large, fresh, and No fat intertwined in the meat. Far better quality chicken than K.F.C. uses.
I have noticed K.F.C. chicken has gone downhill. K.F.C. breasts are fatty, smaller, and not nearly as good as it used to be. I will say I do like the extra Crispy crust on K.F.C. chicken better than the crust on Churches, however taste and quality of Churches Wins. Their coleslaw was delicious. Their Customer Service was excellent, and their restaurant was far Cleaner than K.F.C. It’s the first time my family and I have eaten at Churches Chicken, We really Enjoyed our Meals.

This place is good! The Biscuits here are the best in town. I would say even better than Cracker Barrell. Their chicken is on par with Jolibee. The mashed potatoes and gravy are the best. The staff are nice and attentive. The only thing that disappointed me was the apple pie. This place rocks overall.

The chicken sandwich was school cafeteria quality, small, dry and barely warm. The Mac and cheese noodles were so over cooked that it turned into one pile of mush. The biscuit was not great. The apple pie was actually pretty good. First time here, last time here.
