Church’s Chicken is by far one of the most consistent and flavorful fast-casual options. What sets this particular location apart is the excellent service and expert attention to the quality of the chicken. If you go through Winslow, make a point of stopping by and getting some superb food.

Among the fried chicken chain restaurants, church is on the top of my list. This store does not make me change my mind a bit. The fried chicken was tender and succulent. Eating in store was a much better experience than taking out. The shrimps and the chicken tenders were good but not as impressive as the fried chicken though.

Not much flavor it was juicy, they close at 9pm walked in at 8:15 pm and ordered and then was told we could not eat in side had to go somewhere else to eat. We didn’t live there was just passing through so had to eat in our car, not happy.

Great little fast good chicken spot in Winslow Arizona. We swung through for some quick chicken tinders for a lunch on the go. Drive-thru was fast. Tinders or crispy, very tasty and not overcooked. Recommend if you’re driving through Winslow and have the munchies.

We had to go back to the counter to get items that were missing.
We had 2 okra orders and only gave us one dipping sauce and we had to pay for a second one. I thought with two orders we should have gotten 2 dipping sauces with the order.

This place desperately needs to work on their customer service! Ordered with Lindsey today and she was very rude! I don’t know why she works there if she can’t properly handle people’s orders with a smile! Please do better!

Cashier David was very rude, called me a drunk.
I was tired from working a long shift…. How dare you judge me.
The lady behind the register was just as rude. Told me “this is not my register, talk to him.”
Karen who is the manager was also very unprofessional.
Honestly, I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service in my life.
I have worked customer service for 20 years. 13 years was with the Veterans Canteen Service.
This treatment I experienced was horrible.
I came back into my hometown, Winslow. And to be treated this way is beyond me. All because the way I was dressed.
I was buying mashed potatoes for the homeless cats sitting outside your restaurant.
I am going viral with this.

So the server didn’t bother trying to get my order right. I ordered the 39 dollar 16 piece meal and chedder peppers. She charged me 61 dollars for it. I asked why, she said, “the the dark, white and mixed are different prices.” So I asked for the dark meat… she refunded only 55 dollars back to me and charged me 47 dollars for the dark meat. She then started yelling at some kids who were in the kitchen with her, making alot of noise. We got our order, thanked her and went to the gas station to fill up. She didn’t give us any plates, plastic ware, napkins and my cheddar peppers weren’t included. I don’t know why she didn’t refund me the full amount the first time? But to charge me more than the menu price and forgetting part of my order as well as other things needed to eat… This wasn’t cool. Thank you Denny’s for providing us the take out plates and plastic ware.
