I’m so sick of terrible customer service. This is the 3rd time the food at this location has been cold, over cooked, or cooked in old dirty grease. The manager is hardly ever there or available, and it’s being ran by a bunch of kids who have never been taught customer service 101. Today I decided was the last time I will be going back, which sucks because it’s the closet one to me. I went in today spent about $50 in food, got the food left, got close to my exit, and my kid asked for food before getting home. I took out a piece of chicken wrapped it in a napkin and handed toward the backseat. My child said yuck! Why does it taste like that! I then grabbed a piece for myself bit it, it taste like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for ar least 4-5hrs. Mind you all this is while I’m driving. I get to a light and looked at the chicken and there was black crumbs all over it from sitting in dirty grit. I called about 10 times no answer, I ended up having to drive 25 min or more back to churchs, I go in, and even tho I’m upset, I keep my cool. I explained that the chicken taste old and has been cooked in old grease. The male at the counter says, we can remake it but it’ll take 20min. I told him that I don’t have 20 min, I’ll just take a refund instead. I give him all the food untouched aside from two drums that me and my child bit to find out the food was garbage. He then goes I see everything but the drink. I said the drink is in my car, he then says well if you want a full refund we need the drink back! Wow! I said are you kidding me? No apologies for the trash food, for my time, nor gas, and you have the audacity to ask for a drink back that should of at minimum been comped for my inconvenience. That’s fine this location will never see my business again. I hope the manger Miriam reads this and train you staff better. Do Better!!!

First off, how does chicken restaurant not have chicken? They said there is a 20 minute wait. The cashier doesn’t speak english, had to point at the pictures on the menu and she still got the order wrong. Ordered, spicy chicken tenders, honey lemon pepper wings and buffalo wings meals, the lemon pepper wings were drenched in honey, no hint of lemon pepper, the buffalo wings were soggy and gummy, the spicy tenders, only ONE was spicy and they just threw anything in the box. They ignore people as they walk in. Feels dirty and depressing. They don’t give receipts, so good luck with that.
This location desperately needs new management or condemned as it is ripping people off, rampant incompetence, horrid customer service and filthy.

Iam currently sitting here in front of the restaurant as I type this so I pulled in threw the drive threw I ordered a 10 piece dark chicken he said they only had regular made is that ok so I said no I want spicy when I pulled to the front they still have me regular so I went back around and said I asked for spicy and this is not spicy so he took the chicken back as I waited for a few mins he came back I’m thinking they gave me spicy chicken no they took the regular chicken and dip it in some kind of wet sauce I will attach the picture it’s really sad how you hire these young kids and they don’t want to do they job correct I paid for my food was very respectful and very patient so to not give me what I paid for is insane I won’t be returning here and I hope the workers get re trained because this is very disappointing

Deserves a zero!!! I ordered lemon pepper tenders and got 4 pieces of greasy batter.. $9 for the worst batter i have ever tried. Ill never waste my money hear again

The chicken can be good, but you *always* have to double check your order. I’ve been to this location four times and each time I’ve had either missing sides, wrong drink, wrong order, or missing chicken!
If you really want fried chicken there are better options, but if you want specifically Churches proceed with caution

Chicken was hot and fresh and came out quickly. The kids working there are so polite. The kitchen area was clean and the workers were very efficient. I love this location and will definitely go back.

I can’t believe the absolute disaster that was my first experience at Church’s Chicken. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I knew it was going to be a nightmare. The system was a complete mess. The cashier was beyond rude when I placed my order. And when I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. I had to go inside, only to be greeted by a filthy restaurant and more rude employees. None of them were even wearing the proper uniform or name tags. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she wasn’t there and that I couldn’t get a refund. It’s outrageous that in this economy, businesses can get away with serving terrible food and refusing to make things right. I will never set foot in that place again, and I urge everyone to steer clear. Check the reviews online – they’re all true, especially for this location. I wish there was a negative star button!!!

When I asked for some signature hot and honey mustard. The employee with glasses told me $.50 cents for each. I mean with $20.98 order what kind of reponse is that? It is fine by me if a 1 star review worth $0.50 to them.

Please save your money and try another chicken place. The customer service is horrible here and they forget to give you your food items that you paid for. And when you try to call this location it’s just an answering machine. Okra was over fried and not fresh it was cold and tastes of old oil. Chicken was a Leg and Thigh and how are those cuts of meat not juicy and so dry? The Cole slaw was tasteless and old smelling. The chicken sandwiches were not good at all. They were dry and old like they have been in the heaters for a couple hours before they were sold to me. Please churches bring back freshness and great customer service. So it’s a risk eating here, I will not be dining here again.

No assistance on the advertising of getting 2 pieces of chicken if you sign up to the churches chicken worker claiming not to know and they give you crazy looks when claiming the offers the customer service saying we have to purchase something in order to recieve the 2piece chicken with no biscuit when signing up it don’t say you have to purchase to recieve the 2 piece I thought it say if you apply to sign up to the churches app you will get a 2 piece meal
