I pulled up to the drive thru and placed an order for 12pc chicken only and at the window told the cashier if I could make it a meal instead. She got a horrible attitude, when I had my hand out the car window to pay, she turned her back and left. Came back and charged my card and gave it back aggressively and told me to go to the front. I’m sorry you were inconvenienced but just because you are doesn’t mean you can take out on people. Food was ok, but cashier needs to do better or go look for something that more suits her.

Is it true that you can buy a ranch or ketchup at Chruches Chicken? Because the waitress at this branch told my brother that both ketchup and ranch costs .50 cents. And mind you this was my FIRST time being at churches Texas chicken!!!

Waited all of 20 minutes to get food that I never got. The female had a very nasty attitude. After asking multiple people to park in front of the building creating traffic when there’s nowhere to park.
They company needs to go back to the original people who work there because the people who are working there now have no clue what the hell they’re doing.
The female was very rude and had a nasty Demeanor when I asked her her name Due to her, not wearing a name tag. She stated she’s not giving me her name. I informed her that I will just provide the information on my receipt on my review.
Due to her having a nasty attitude, I did not feel comfortable with them making my food after waiting 20 minutes so I asked for a refund.
They have very poor customer service. This was my favorite location, but I definitely will not be coming back.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Merely suggested that they repair the intercom cause I could barely hear her and she kept getting my order wrong and I had to repeat multiple times. This is NOT the first occurrence. After making that suggestion to get it repaired she rudely replied it’s not her job. Yes I know it’s not your job I said get someone to repair it. You can’t even do your primary job right I definitely wouldn’t expect you to fix it yourself.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Church’s. Long time, multiple state customer, i go to pick up extra large okra to go with dinner for my family. I was told it would be an extra 50 cents per packet. I have never felt as disrespected as a customer. To be told, ” we are a franchise. We didn’t have to honor corporate policies or advertise that we charge for packets.” I will encourage everyone to go to any of the other stores in the area. This owner and store manager have no regard for their customers.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times. The service the first 2 time wasn’t great but the food was good. However this last time the chicken was completely inedible. The chicken was not cooked. It was pink and still cold as if it was deep fried frozen.

I haven’t been to a Church’s since their rebrand. It may be that just this location is good but we had the best chicken I’ve ever had from a Church’s. Most of the time from experiences of years past the breading was pretty bland, their pieces were pretty small, and the breading was normally not crispy at all. All of those things have changed. The chicken pieces were a nice size, the breading was well seasoned, and the chicken was perfectly crisp. I don’t know if I’ve ever had fast food chicken this good. Congrats to Church’s if this is the new normal for them. The sides are the same old, same old but they were fine. The chicken was so good even if the sides sucked I would buy the chicken and get sides elsewhere.
