I wish I knew his name. Well behaved and polite kid working the drive thru. I went Monday 7/21 right at closing time and he was able to put together my order really fast. Was very apologetic when some items from the menu were out. Keep it up with the good employees. Great costumer service.

Stopped by to buy some fried chicken. They had a 12 PC special displayed on a window bulletin. I went to the drive-thru and asked if the deal was available today, and they said yes. 12 pieces of chicken, spicy, 2 sides, and 6 biscuits. Sides did not have prices, just said regular or premium. Ordered mashed potatoes and okra. I asked for jalapeño dipping sauce, they charged extra for that. Total was 31.50!! I was unable to read the price on the poster. Apparently, it said $24.15 written in pencil, visible from 2 ft away. I downloaded a coupon from the internet for 14pcs, 3 sides for $18.99 plus 6 biscuits total came to $25.33. It was seven dollars cheaper for more food, and they threw in the sauce for free. What gives!? Conduct business in a professional manner. Don’t post handwritten posters that nobody can see, then nickle and dime patrons for additional dipping sauces. We’re already dropping twenty to thirty dollars. What are a few sauces going to hurt your food costs.

Manager acted like a cop and I was a suspect. I told her my name without see the receipt.i showed her the churchs app confirmation #. That still wasn’t enough. I showed her my email confirmation. Then she still said well if it comes back on me that it was my fault. Rude. She needs to learn she is a Manager at a fast food not a detective!!

The chicken is great but they avoid customers an hour before close. Its such a bummer because we really like this place when its open. The staff was watching us as we were going around the drive thru.

They close at 9. It’s 8 and there’s already chairs on the tables. The staff is irritated and already cleared out the food, so why not close for the day instead of have people waiting in line just to tell them you’re too lazy to make more food for orders? This location is always a nightmare.

So everytime I try to come here in the past they always so they out of food that’s if you show up 9pm or after. I came yesterday for lunch so they still had chicken! Small amount for sides and the mac and cheese looks horrible tasted fine. Probably stick to kfc with the prices here 1 meal and some tenders and a side already $18.
