Unfortunately, this specific location has given me the most trouble every single time me or my wife go for an order. Either they always miss something, they give me the wrong thing or the food itself was just packed so poorly that the food ends up getting covered in gravy inside the whole bag.. which has happened twice so far. The food itself taste delicious just like every other location… But DO NOT expect to have your order correct the first time. I suggest you check your bag every single time before even leaving the parking lot and always have them repeat your order back to you, before giving payment. Other than the service tho, the food is delicious…

My kids love the chicken and mac&cheese from here, but today was bad. I got raw chicken, they looked like they threw the biscuits in the bag, they were falling apart and the mac&cheese was so watery. The box where they put the chicken in, was so greasy the box itself was falling apart. The paper to separate the chicken was see through from the oil! It was bad and we’ve been getting food from here for years.

We got chicken a few times in the past, but we stopped going because they didnt have any other sides like mac and cheese and buttered corn, just mash potatoes during lunch time/dinner time. a few years later we decided to try getting chicken again, the family meal, but they still didnt have mac and cheese, nor buttered corn. Theres no point of going there if they dont have any main side besides mash potatoes. It would be nice if they would say all the menu they dont have instead of us mentioning every item we want and telling us that they dont have it.

Ate at the San Elizario location. Chicken strips were very good. Especially with the honey barbeque. Love the biscuits. Food is not greasy. Awesome service! Eziel was very friendly and helpful. Every server should have a smile like him.

This place will do what they have to to see you are pleased with your orders. Ive been twice and ill tell you both times they were busy and even though you might have to wait a couple of minutes for the next batch, its well worth it because then its fresh and hot (not that its ever not been fresh, LOL), but give it a try if you haven’t, DONT KNOCK IT TILL YOU’VE TRIED IT!!!!
