Terrible service. I ordered a family meal with LARGE SIDES & they gave me small sides. I ordered 5 jalapeños and they DID NOT EVEN GIVE THEM TO ME!!!! I ordered a half gallon of sweet tea and the lady didn’t add it to my order she had terrible listening skills. When I went to the window to talk to the lady she opened the window and walked away did not even ask how she can assist me. Another lady walked up to the window and asked “what do you want” i let her know what was missing and & she had an attitude with me and snatched my receipt from me. They didn’t even give me the correct size for my sides. This is unacceptable.

It was cold outside when we ordered from the window. But as far as the food goes, I love their chicken and jalapenos. The rolls are to die for. After we ordered, we waited in the car and they brought it out to us.

Ordered ahead no one was in the drive thru so I pulled up took a few minutes to get anyone to the window. Got my food ,chicken, smelled like it was cooked in old fishy grease. Got it home and … Ok here we go. The chicken was undercooked definitely in old grease and the gizzards were .. no joke some of them had been cut in half and some were not even gizzards but pieces of chicken. And as for atmosphere the phone is not the building I should’ve taken pictures

Best deals on fried chicken. Fast and reliable service. I think the owner is there working, too, so it helps. I order online, and it’s always ready when I get there. I was a big fan of the smokehouse chicken. It’s finally back, but not the same. Still very good, but I liked the previous recipe much better. Also the gizzards with gravy is only $4!

The Mexican lady that works here has the worst customer service and her attitude is not made to work in any customer service job. I had a to go order that took 30 additional minutes to get and when I attempted to go ask how long it will take she snapped at me and told me I had to wait and slammed the glass window in my face. THEY HAD THE CHICKEN FILLED BEHIND HER. It was a door dash order, or I would have canceled and went to the churches chicken on grape.

Food. Was good. Service kind of sucked as they saw me waiting at the window for a while and instead of saying anything they just kept looking at me and walking off. Needs to be cleaned and outside as well.

Wouldn’t be my first pick but it satisfied. Food was kind of bland for a place that touts being a Texas home-grown restaurant with bold flavors.

This was disappointing considering how many people swear by Church’s over it’s competitors like Raising Canes, Chick-fil-A, Golden Chick, or even Popeyes.

I don’t know what it is about these Texas chicken places but whenever they take my order I ask for extra sauce and they just ignore that and give me gravy. This has happened more than once. At first this was frustrating but later I was thankful. The gravy, albeit a little flavorless, is a recommended combo. What seemed like a blatant disregard to the customers wishes turned into what felt like a warm recommendation from a sibling advising you on what flavor candy you should get.

On that note I am very thankful to Church’s Chicken for turning me on to the Texas phenomenon that is fried chicken and gravy.

Oh and the wait times at this location are rather long. I was in the drive through for what felt like 20min and that was at the window.
