Ordered the texas 2pc leg and thigh, and another 2p tender. Both were supposed to be spicy, they were not, also did not get sauce for my strips. Chicken was not hot even though I had to wait an extra 10 min past time app said it would be ready. Also used a bday reward to get mashed potatoes but got fries in my box. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. Did online order food still wasn’t ready for 30+ minutes. They always forget all your food so make sure you check your bag. Or just don’t even go here it’s that bad. Also my chicken smelled like fish.

Ordered a huge meal for the family and wasn’t given any honey for the biscuits, no sauces or gravy for the chicken, no napkins for the mess… Make sure to ask for what you need because its likely you won’t find it in the bag if you don’t. They dont go out of their way to make sure you have the essentials.

Placed a big order for my family after a long hard day of work I live out of town. My whole order was not correct. I was told that I would get My order replaced and once I Got there they told me that they could not Give me my order I spoke with both managers and they seem like they didn’t care…very rude With words.

So I go through the drive thru and the girl talks to me. I started to order and she goes one moment. I said ok the third time she does this I finally got to order and repeat my order for times. A number two original with Mac and cheese and coke…wow that’s a hard one. So get up to window with no one in front of me. Wait for a bit to get my food. That’s ok..but not the rubber chicken sandwich or the macaroni and cheese that is burnt and the container is falling apart. No fork, no napkins nothing. Wow do better Church’s.

I just went to church’s chicken not too long ago and upsized my meal to a large. The cashier not only tried to give me the soda filled halfway, I had to ask him to fill it up more and he couldn’t even do that. Also gave me a regular portioned LARGE mashed potatoes. When they charged me a $2.50 upsize fee for the mashed potatoes. I’m disappointed I upsized it because I really look forward to the mashed potatoes from there but this was a slap in the face.

It was an online order so we have ALL the opinions. When my partner went a picked up the food they did have tea available any tea. So we were refunded. Another inconvenience was when I opened my sandwich just to have it only not properly dressed missing the mayo and pickles. (I ate my sandwich before I realized I should photo this). The last thing and the worst were my jalapeno poppers were so overcooked all my cheese came out and they were all done dry very disappointed in the choice I made to spend money here.

This is absolutely disgusting, I ordered a number one, 1 thigh and 1 leg with mashed potatoes and a drink. When I got home I ate my chicken leg and I noticed that the bone hadblood on it right after I finished it so I looked at my chicken thigh and there was blood dripping down the skin and inside was more blood. I called the manager and told her I don’t want it replaced I just want her to be on the lookout because that was probably not the first time it was served like that. She told me “that’s not our chicken” and I asked her whose chicken was it since I ordered it from there and she proceeded to hang up on me. They are very rude and definitely not cooking the food right that is absolutely disgusting and the lady plus her employee who took our order are very rude and disrespectful. If I get sick I will be taking this to court
