On January 16th of 2026 I stopped at churches for an order of chicken tenders, It took them a really long time to prepare my meal, but it did finally arrive. When I opened the box, everything looked normal, but I did detect a rather strong old grease aroma. I decided to go ahead and give them a try, big mistake! There was a very strong flavor of a chemical of some sort,with the horrible old-grease taste. I quickly spit out the food and disposed of the entire meal. Just go elsewhere for your food.

Small location. Went through drive through. I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was a wait . My order was hot though. Even though I ordered spicy, there wasn’t anything spicy about it in my opinion. The bread felt harder than it should. The fries were crinkle cut…my favorite, however, they were more greasy than they should be. They were well seasoned with salt. Overall just ok.

Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting! This place needs to go to church and learn to put effort into their operation. I love salt but this place takes the cake. The saltines almost killed my wife and I. The wings were not even attempted to be tossed with the sauce. The craggly lady at the counter wasn’t in the mood for a customer. Considering they don’t get many you think she would be happy to see us. Of course she forgot the wing sauces and I had to go back in. Unfortunately I didn’t open the box and check for my missing biscuit. The biscuit my wife did get was stale and gross. Avoid Avoid Avoid!! At all costs!

The food was OK. The staff was real friendly. But, They just took my order and did not offer or ask specifically what i wanted.
I wanted spicy.
This was unusual to see, the BACK of the Shirt on the Employee was Dirty. Not sure how that can Happen. They kinda just rushed me on my way, even though I was the only one in the Dine in Area. 1st time there, so I will have to try them again. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. The inside Dine area was spacious in order to have a Comfortable meal. No concerns with Social distancing.

2 thumbs down, got no service and to top it off the place was empty. The chicken looked old. The two young workers looked like they were ready to fall asleep. Traveling from El Paso, TX. I have never seen a churches so dirty.

Staff were friendly and service was quick. But, the chicken strips were bland and lacked seasoning. The gravy was thin. I like it to be thicker. The building itself needs a good cleaning. There are water stains on the ceiling tiles and most appear to have mold on them. The floor is sticky walking over it. It will be the only time I eat there

The lady working the counter is completely incapable of taking orders.It took her a solid 5 minutes to take ours. She asked us multiple times if we wanted spicy or not and still got it wrong then she charged us for drinks that were supposed to come with the combo and was borderline rude when we were waiting for the food.

This is my first time visiting this location and will for sure be my last. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to only get turned around with that they were out of chicken. I mean why take my order? I am so happy Sonic drive in was nearby. Everyone please go there. Stay away from this location of Churchs Chicken. These were the most incompetent workers I have ever come across. Date 4/18/25.

This restaurant is run by a superb manager/owner (?). We stopped in on our way to a destination north to grab some chicken. We were a bit early, so they were frying the chicken when we arrived, so we had to wait for about 15 min. No big deal. But the manager/owner gave us some free jalapeños and a soda. My wife who placed the order said the manager told his employee that this what you do. Take care of the customer. We will be back. They’ve earned our continued business.
