I went to eat here around 5 so they were busy. So there was a manager that was there taking orders. As soon as she finished with the customer that was in front she left and the line started to pile up. The new cashier came and helped us. They didn’t have hot and spicy only 3 pieces the cashier said. I told them I can wait till the new one comes out they sayed it will take 20 min and I was willing to wait. As soon as we sat down they called us quickly to pick up are order. The hot and spicy they gave us was very hard and disgusting they were not eatable I had to thrown them away. Please don’t come to this one take an extra trip if you want to have better service then this. Next time I’m going to Donna or Alamo hopefully it’s way better than this

I had to ask them to please clean the table, which most needed cleaning.. They were busy, but yet they need to keep the tables clean. The cashier was so nice, didn’t hesitate, he came to clean the table right away. The food/ chicken was so good.

It’s lunch time, they’re busy time, and they don’t have stuff prepared. Still have to wait about 15 minutes after they say there is a 5 to 6 minute wait. Should have things ready at lunch time, people’s lunch is time is limited.

4 out of 5 times when I go here 20 minute wait for chicken. Chicken is great if the grease is fresh and they have any chicken. A large side is 4 oz? S large side used to be a pint/16 oz. If you buy an 8 piece and one large side to feed a family of 4 you come up short on taters.

When they are good, they are amazing. Unfortunately, this style isn’t always consistent. Often, they don’t have chicken ready and it will take a half hour to prepare it. I went on 07/25/24, and the service and food were great. I got the family meal 10 count for $20. It came with chicken two large sides, 5 biscuits, and 5 jalapeños.
