Hey everyone, I ordered dinner this evening paid with a coupon I found in the ads. from Churches . Customer service was good no problem with communication. They told me it would be a 10min. wait. It was a big order I didn’t mind waiting. They asked if I can park in the front for my order… I got my order 10 mins. later. Very satisfied customer. BUT… there was a surprise waiting for me at home..I found this ancestor chicken strip, looks like it’s been sitting in there for days. I moved it aside and continued to serve Mash and Mac The chicken was very rushed ,very tough, stale no flavor and very hard to chew. The batter they used was made out of rocks. Very unsatisfying. Enjoy you evening everyone. Hope your dinner was as good as mine.

I went thru drive thru and the guy was very rude I got the prices wrong on the combos and I would of taken the combo anyways, but whoever was at the window rn needs better customer service.I just told him to forget my order I didnt want it anymore.

I was trying to place an order through drive through and the guy was rude talking with an attitude for no reason I ended up canceling my whole order. Maybe retrain your employees on how to properly interact with customers. And then they said spicy tenders would take 20minutes as someone who have worked for churchs I know that it does not take 20minutes for tenders

Nobody even said hi or said “we will be with you in a moment” as I waited at the counter for several minutes, I used the bathroom and left , surely this isnt what the owners expect of their employees!

I gave this place a good review but I have to delete it and inform everyone about this store. I ordered 2 of the smoke house half chicken. My wife went to the store to pick them up and they said they didn’t make them anymore. She pointed to the posters still there and they took them off right away. They offered her a 3 piece instead but that’s not a half chicken. Supposedly the manager refunded the order but I’m still waiting for the money. I’m contacting headquarters to figure out who the hell is running that store! I’m never going back. Most of the time they get my orders wrong, something missing, or they run out of stuff!

We arrived at the drive thru at 9:40 PM. 3 different girls came on the speaker and kept saying, “can you hold on a moment” without us saying anything. They NEVER came back, we eventually left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
