Food was cold. Chicken tenders were hard. Seemed like from the previous day. My French fries were not included in my order. He said he gave me an extra biscuit as I did not want a drink. Biscuits were good n warm.

Went to drive thru and I didn’t check my chicken, it was mostly old chicken and dry. Spoke to a manager Marty. She was unable to help me and refused to give me corporate info or anything to further escalate the situation. She said the chicken has been fresh, then when I gave my receipt number she said she just clocked in. They need to rotate the chicken and take out chicken that has been sitting under the heating lamp!for to long! She was the one that handed me the chicken! I wasn’t about to drive back to Raymondville in the cold and rain. Very disappointed she then hung up the phone when I asked for corporate info again. Very unprofessional!

We ate here at 3pm on a Wednesday and the chicken was old and dry and way over crispy.

Everything was good. Only downside was no honey. They always run-out of honey. But it was delicious. The staff was super nice. Especially the drive thru girl. She was so nice. A smile goes along way. ☺️

I stopped by Church’s at 7:59 pm. They said they were just dropping chicken in the fryer it would be 25 minutes, did I want to wait, I said, no. Came back 20 mins later, and they said they were just dropping chicken. It would be 25 mins. What a nightmare! The employees were very kind! Can’t say that about the manager for the District Manager, Maria Flores, what a horrible person. I’m still waiting on a call from the regional manager, Jorge Sierra, crickets!!!!

Love to come here as a family and especially when we get coupons in the mail. I have mixed reviews about this place because sometimes the chicken is delicious and other times not so good… When it is not so good, the chicken is very greasy and usually ends up making us sick. French fries are almost always soggy and The wait time at the drive-through is superlong! About half the time they always forget to give us the gravy when we order tenders. No one ever ever answers the freaking phone! And sometimes it even says it’s disconnected…
