I walked in excited and pumped for some chicken and fries. Me and my friends were about to get a 8 peice but we were skeptical so we got a 2 piece. When we got the food we were very excited and so when we sat down and started to eat we discovered that the chicken was undercooked and raw. The fries were tasteless, and the sprite didn’t taste like sprite. We’ve never had an experience like this happen to us before in the past similar to church’s This was our first time in Churches and I do not recommend.

23 minutes to complete a walkin order watching as online orders were completed before my order. 2 times the cook delivered hot fresh cooked chicken to the window only to be put into containers, set aside for customers to arrive. I stood patiently watching orders sit in the window. 23 minutes later with no more orders on the screen, mine was completed. Lesson: order online.

the space used on the spicy mix is wrong. every churches chicken i have ever gone to all my life..(I’m 56)the seasoning is a Cheyenne pepper,garlic and salt base..not cracked pepper and salt. wierd

Well this restaurant on Tyler was always my favorite but last visit waz horrible cashiers lost my bar code for the special I was going get on .you app then the employee refused to give me condiments cause I wasn’t doing dine in and then she hesitated to give me plates and spoons this is the one on Tyler

Everytime i order a chicken sandwich, i tell them i have a pickle allergy. And everytime I’ll end up getting pickles. 100% orders are wrong and never consistent.

I don’t know what has happened here but it is waaaaay better now. Fast service (new), hot food.
I pulled in the other night at 8:57 not realizing they close at 9 until I was at the window. When I realized they close in 3 minutes I was anticipating cold food and grumpy people. Unexpectedly, I received my food fast and fresh!!!! In the last 6 months they have completely turned this place around. Congratulations to whoever is responsible. Great job!!!!

I ordered 10 tenders spicy and was given old/cold and tuff regular tenders with an oily spicy sauce on one side. I did not speak with the manager about it because he was the one that instructed the cook to do it.

Denied Service for having a service animal is never cool. This lady walked in with her service animal who was well behaved and was denied service. Y’all need ADA training ASAP. As locals we will never eat here again.
