I walked in excited and pumped for some chicken and fries. Me and my friends were about to get a 8 peice but we were skeptical so we got a 2 piece. When we got the food we were very excited and so when we sat down and started to eat we discovered that the chicken was undercooked and raw. The fries were tasteless, and the sprite didn’t taste like sprite. We’ve never had an experience like this happen to us before in the past similar to church’s This was our first time in Churches and I do not recommend.

Very disappointed. Our families planned to have dinner after the beach and we arrived at 9.13pm. Online it said closing at 10 but the lady cleaning the tables said it was closed just because she had just cleaned. I understand that its an inconvenience but its still a whole hour left. Yes drive-thru was open according to her but who wants to have dinner in the car?

8.30pm and i just picked up the kids after work. Checked Google and saw churches dine in is open until 9pm so drove over, got there at 8.45 there are still people dining in the restaurant but the door is already locked. There was a staff member standing in the dining area I knocked and pointed at my watch indicating its not closing time yet she shrugged and waved her hands at me to go away. I knocked again and she laughed and turned away from me.Humiliating disgusting customer service leaving customers standing on the street with children when they aren’t even supposed to be closed yet.

23 minutes to complete a walkin order watching as online orders were completed before my order. 2 times the cook delivered hot fresh cooked chicken to the window only to be put into containers, set aside for customers to arrive. I stood patiently watching orders sit in the window. 23 minutes later with no more orders on the screen, mine was completed. Lesson: order online.

Yummm!! Except they are stingy with their ketchup. I love ketchup with my chicken and usually order many pieces and they will hand me 2- 3 ketchup and then looked bothered if u ask for more.

Decided to try Church’s for the first time, but they were out of mac n cheese and all my food was cold when i opened the bag not even 5 minutes later, all the fries and tenders were cold. Not sure if I got an old batch, but the bun was good and the people were nice.
