Chicken was completely burned and biscuit was hard as a rock not sure why they will serve something like that I’m sure the won’t eat it neither we stop for take out so we we can enjoy our food at the hotel but it was a disappointment thank you for ruined my dinner

Saturday night place was empty. Stood there for 10 minutes. Two ladies working didn’t acknowledge me and took 3 orders through the drive-thru while I just stood there waiting to place my order. Ridiculous. These people have no customer service skills but to be honest they look like they didn’t even want to be there. Needless to say I took off.

This restaurant has the SLOWEST service of ANY restaurant. The cashier takes the order BUT does not close out the sale until they are finished gathering the order. Conducting a transaction like this does not affect time that a person is waiting. This practice circumvents ACTUAL wait times. On average I wait about 15 minutes in line waiting to have my order taken. If you’re in a hurry DO NOT come to this location.

Expected the juicy chicken of the past, but served dry, bland overcooked chicken & stale fries. Was not provided with a straw or napkins, guess I should be glad I was given a receipt. I will not stop by this location again.

Ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. Waited 20 minutes after the app said it should be ready. They hadn’t even started half of my order when I got there. Ridiculous. I rarely have issues with church’s. First time I order at this location. Not coming back.
