Had horrible experience. Was asked to wait 15 minutes as a batch of chicken was being put in. 30 minutes later and they had only put in dark meat. This is a picture of the white meat they wanted to give me.

Chixken is always moist in the inside and crunchy on the outside, jalapeño poppers always have a kick to them and the biscuits are fresh tasting, the best thing there was no long wait for chicken because normally there is along wait. Service was fast.

Always waiting, waited for two spicy chicken sandwiches and got original and my wifes was raw as well. You need a decent manager to run the place. Majority are kids i get it you wanna have fun at work but there is a time to play and a time to be seriuos.

The Los Fresnos,TX location is the worst Church’s I have ever been too. They always always always run out of gravy and the chicken tenders are never ready. I have to wait 10 min everytime so they can cook the tenders. Every other Church’s in the 956 is ran by a good hard working staff except for this one. This Church’s is below standards. They need a better Manager. Someone who has a voice who will push the crew to do better. Who won’t allow everyone to slack off. Los Fresnos Church’s Chicken is trash.

Wonderful food, amazing value, and great specials. Service needs improvement. Management is sorely lacking and incredibly rude, dismissive, condescending, and ignorant! The only reason I haven’t been to the Los Fresnos, TX location in months and seriously considering ever going again due to a shift Supervisor. I love this place one of my top 5! Sad that one employee will cost them a loyal customer that’s frequented the Los Fresnos, TX store multiple times weekly since they opened this location.

The chicken was way to greasy. The fries were cold and old. I asked for extra ketchup and ranch two times and the cashier said she put them in my bag when I checked later there was no ranch and only six packets of ketchup for a family meal. I also asked for a cup of water and got a tiny plastic cup used for jalpenos. First and last time I eat here . Would 100% not recommend. Worst value for your money .
