I was in the drive through waiting to place my order after waiting for the vehicle in front of me to place there order and no one wanted to place my order then horn after 15 minutes of waiting I started honking and asking for some one and still no answer. I had to pull up after another 5 minutes of honking to ask if they heard anything with me honking my horn and the workers just were fooling around in there then asked if another coworker heard me honking my horn after I told him I was honking my horn.

It hard to find a fast food place that gets your order right as well as has courteous & friendly employees. I love this Churches because they have both. Food is always fresh and order has been correct everytime.

They forgot some of my order then I came back and asked if they can remake it I brought the order back and they told me they can only do a certain amount of my order then gave me the food back that was cold already I had to comeback and wait when I got here they had just taken the food out of an order that was waiting there already and gave it to me I had done a mobile order for it to be fresh just to get cold food really don’t recommend this churches they forget a lot of stuff and don’t vie you the full amount of your meal

Hadn’t been to a Church’s in a while because of the service and quality of the food BUT this Church’s on Ruben Torres is on a whole other level…. food was hot and fresh and the young guy who took my order was very polite and courteous. Keep up the good job, best $21.39 I ever spent at a Church’s!

We have come several times in the afternoon and they never have the chicken ready, you need to wait on it, also check when they give you your change back when you pay cash because we went through the drive up and left then we notice the change was wrong I guess they took a tip out of it

I didn’t get off to eat, but I paid almost six dollars for fries That would probably cost me max about $3.00 for the amount of fries that I got. I have babies and they like chicken, but obviously potatoes is their favorite, i could’ve gotten 2 fries for the price of one of those and you can tell they were not even fresh. If i’m going to pay six dollars for fries, at least give them to me fresh, at least…..

I went about 10 to 15 minutes before closing and when it was my turn to order I was told there was no more chicken. This is at about 9:55pm. The lady said they were closing, so no more chicken. A young man working there told the lady to make some as it wasn’t 10 yet. She told him to make it himself. He said he would because it was actually still open. He made the 2 orders totalling 32 pieces of chicken. He saved the evening and I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and care of the Customer. I applaud his Customer Service. He will be going places with that mentality. I WILL be going back again… but earlier because I understand the closing mentality but he IMPRESSED me. Good going hiring this young man.
