I personally didnt get a bad experience but there was alot going on. I was 3rd in line waiting to order. There was a man complaining about his order being wrong. He was back and forth with cashier and manager (all three seemed frustrated) . Then there was a man ordering and he was taking forever because the cashier couldnt really understand the older man ordering. Tables were dirty and my father and other people waiting in line were trying to get napkins or rag to clean up a bit before eating. Waited for a while and then just decided to leave and go elsewhere because you could just feel bad tension everywhere.

I buy a meal x 19.99 but the coleslaw was in bad conditions . The chicken was overcook and looks old and greasy. I call to the store I make like 15 call so the manager in shift name Cristian mata tell me she needs to know how many pieces I eat before because she can give chicken free because cameras . So I live like 7 miles from the store I explain what happen and she to be honest I fell she don’t care say me bring the chicken to confirm you don t eat lol really ….sad I say her I take pict but she say no you need to bring the chicken back so really she don’t want to help me out .please don’t go church’s chicken manager don’t care about service and food.

They rarely have spicy chicken. Sometimes, they don’t even let you know they don’t have it, and you find out only after you get home. It’s even worse if you order through the app; you order spicy, and they won’t tell you. If you want spicy, I suggest you skip it altogether.

Terrible service every time i come its the same person working the drive thru. She is so rude always has the same attitude and the wait is always over 30 minutes at any time of the day.

Very bad service i went and bought mixed chicken ask for a breast and the give me a wing and a thigh. I call and the supervisor tell me you ask for mixed you need to pay .50 extra. I don’t care paying extra instead of him telling me i am sorry bring you chicken back we will change it no bad service i know to go to the one in Donna next time.
