I am a ready mix concrete driver..I eat every day breakfast lunch and dinner..stopped to pick up some spicy and it was so freaking good. The cook Jerry was on it..he actually turned the deep fried chicken over put bone side down. Added a spicy sauce that I have tasted ..out San Diego, and Alice..Fafurrias was the best..Great job on preparation presentation and making the best spicy chicken..

Consistently slow service, order always wrong, literally always missing items. Employees mumble and move like they hate their lives, probably the worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. It’s crazy bad.

Was pouring bad outside and they refused to let us in to to pick up our order to go!!! Then when we get to the window our order wasn’t even started. So we were sent back around to the front. Lady was “helping” us was rude and very short with us. Also half the lights are working and drive thru intercom was not working. Definitely need to get it together especially with more positive attitude towards paying customers. Go to Alice!!!!

Worse place in SD all my burgers were burnt and not the the point I can get over it.. burnt to the point to be non-palletable….shrimp was over cooked and cold…very disappointed but the strips were fresh

Just wanna commend the staff that was working on Tuesday night 12-10-24 they were so short staffed that they had no choice but to close the lobby. I saw only 3 employees. 1 cook, 1 manager and 1 young man. You can tell they are tired running around back and forth. Thoughout the stressful situation they had an amazing and positive attitude.

The sign on the door said they were short handed. The dinning area was closed to the public. We had a 20 minutes wait for our food & it was a little over cooked.

Drove from Alice to San Diego because it has better service and food. Went to the drive thru. Ordered an 8 piece family dinner and fried okra. When asked what type, we said mixed. Had to wait for biscuits. Not a problem. Drive all the way back to Alice to feed the family. No white meat and burnt okra. I called the location and was told the order said mixed. I dont care what it says. We ordered mixed. It was odd that it was ready so quickly. We usually have to wait 20 minutes for white meat. Extremely disappointed. We will find somewhere else for chicken.

The middle age counter server and cashier without a name tag was rude. I asked questions about the menu and she appeared bothered to answer my questions. I ordered and was about to pay when I heard the other worker tell a customer that he had to wait 7 minutes for the biscuits. I asked my server if I was getting biscuits as she was giving me the order. She replied, “no I did not give you biscuits. It was a to go order. I asked if she was charging less and she rudely replied no. At this point I replied that that was terrible. She than rudely asked me if I was going to wait for 8 minutes. Since I was not a regular resident of the small town she did not care about my business. The other young cashier working with her completed my order. The other employee was very polite and helpful. The original middle age employee needs to improve on her attitude and customer service.
The food was good and tasty.
