Order through DoorDash so no service or atmosphere to report. The food on other hand was awful. The chicken tenders we ordered looked under cooked. The gravy was grey! Looked liked it had been cooked in dirty grease. The fried okra was burned. Even the biscuits tasted off. The only thing edible was the fries. This was last night. I think a health inspector needs to check this place out and maybe an owner needs to check on the quality of food that is coming out of this place. Use to be my favorite place to eat with my grandma now I will never buy from this place again. It was awful. I did try to call to report it to a manager but never answered the phone.

Order through the app and was told a time to pick up the food. Went in and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes on to finally get the food and was told that it had been ready and just sitting there. No one bothered to check to see if it was my food and so by the time we got it home it was cold. The batter on the chicken was undone, so I had to put them in the air fryer to get them cooked. Very disappointing!

Went in yesterday to buy a chicken sandwich meal and it was like one of them press patties from McDonald’s. It was nasty. Little patty Definitely need to upgrade their chicken and not have some chicken patty pulling out of a bag and heating it up.

Friendly service. We received bad chicken thighs smelled rotten, called to keep community from getting sick with request for them to check the quality of the chicken . This franchise use to use peanut oil now using soybean oil which is a cheap unhealthy oil. Other fried chicken restaurants use tallow or peanut oil.

If I could give 0, I would. We waited 35 minutes for our order. We arrived at 239 left at 314. Ordered 12 tender meal. The tenders were hot and good. Fries were beyond gross. They were either horribly over cooked, old or cooked in old grease. The fries looked like they were battered because they had layers of gunk fried to them. The okra was old soggy and tasted HORRIBLE My order was only $28 but considering the food I’m tossing and time I wasted I feel totally jipped. My advice, go to Portland.

We came in to order a meal after a beautiful day at the beach, the lady immediately greeted us and welcomed us to the restaurant. We don’t usually go to places like this so we were somewhat confused on how best to order for two people. The lady, Aurora was kind and patient, she expressed genuine appreciation for us visiting and gave exceptional service.
The employees here are kind to each other and care for one another. They are working as a team and are doing a great job. We enjoyed the food, it was great quality and very hot. We will come back every chance we get when we return to PA.
This team is united and an opportunity should be given to them to demonstrate their willingness to provide great service and great tasting food.

Drove 25 minutes from my house ,sat in line , ordered ,waited and then was told they weren’t taking card payments ,only cash .which I didn’t have. Not sure why they couldn’t put that on the ordering sign and had me continue to waste my time . Very poor customer service . Attitude was like “sucks for you, NEXT. ” Won’t be wasting my time driving all the way over there again expecially if I can’t even get food and then they are just rude about it .
