This is what churches thinks a chicken sandwich should look like I’m so disappointed. I love the fried chicken but I can’t begin to understand how they can call that a chicken sandwich. It’s a chicken patty and honestly McDonald’s has better chicken patty sandwiches. The guy at the register basically rolled his eyes at me when he asked if I wanted the meal and I confirmed that it came with both sandwiches. So so disappointing

Saturday night and their lobby is closed by 8:30 p.m. though they’re open until midnight. Also, they had no chicken and had no mashed potatoes.
The same person that was working the cash register was breading chicken in the back. She asked three of us, waiting at the counter, to hold on. We waited about 8 minutes before she came up.
Two other workers were sitting down in the lobby doing nothing. This is a constant problem for many church’s locations.
A friend of there showed up after they had locked the doors and let him in. He’s in the pic with a red t-shirt.

I ordered the wings, but my order was wrong. I ordered original wings, but got the spicy ones after a 30 minute wait. I am upset that I cannot get a number to call them. The number posted does not connect.

I got poor service, the fried chicken were already boxed, the employee didn’t know how long the chicken had been boxed. I asked for fresh chicken, the employee said they couldn’t make me fresh chicken, the time was only 8:30. I will not got there again and I will tell my friends not to go there either

I ordered 3 things on the menu and they didn’t have either one , I had to order something else bye cause they don’t have enough chicken. This place closes way earlier than they are suppose to also .!!!! Their service sucks .!!!!!

Update: Church’s mgr quickly responded to my review and offered to replace my meal. True to her word, the meal was replaced with delicious chicken we come to expect from Church’s.
Over cooked and very dry chicken, unusual flavor and taste. Unaware that the wings are now detached from the breast.

I won’t even put 1 star on the service. We walked in to order and the 2 guys working didnt even acknowledge us. We stood there for about 10 mins and just decided to go somewhere else. Nit the 1st time in the night we go and the service sucks the workers are lazy at night
