I ordered the 12-piece family meal and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way fried chicken should be. The flavor was spot on, and you could tell it came straight out of the fryer. The portions were generous, making it a great value for the price. Overall, a tasty and satisfying meal that hit the spot—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Every single time I ordered the smokehouse chicken it a 17 minute wait that turns into 30 plus minutes,no matter the time ,, so this time I order online 3 smokehouse ,2 pc chicken, 5 pc tender and 3 additional biscuits. Every meal was missing something, I even ask before I left if the they put these in each one.
Every smokehouse was missing biscuits, the 2 pc was missing mash potatoes and the gravy, (why not both?) ,and the 5 pcs tenters missing the fries, i called them ,for a partial refund of atleast on meal , he said do it online. Terrible Terrible

My son loves church’s chicken!! I’ll pick it up sometimes for an after school meal. I always make sure I go when Michele and Jada are there they always get my order right and make sure my food is fresh. Good customer service.

It was busy and drive through card reader was offline. Yet employees were professional and kind. Food was accurately bagged and hot. Four stars for the atmosphere because it was hot inside. Air conditioning couldn’t keep up with fryers and sunlight.

Poor quality food compared to what we’ve gotten before at this location. The batter is different and were given burnt up tenders mixed with how the tenders are suppose to be. Not sure why management allows this sad quality food to be served.

The floresville location is terrible. We asked for 10 pc mixed and when we got to the window they said all dark. I told them no its mixed. When we got home the chicken was so dry it was not even edible and full of mostly legs and wings. The order is suppose to come with 4 biscuits it only had 3 and they looked thrown in the box. I basically threw away $25. Never going back.

SLOWEEEEEST service always. If you are planning to come to this location in Floresville specifically, always plan on staying and waiting for your chicken family meal between 40 to 50 minutes. They always say 15 to 20 minutes.. but it always end up being over 40. I live in Floresville so I have no choice but to wait if we want churchs. Quality of food is great. Customer service is ok, but they should be honest and tell you in reality how long your wait will be.

The staff was super nice, accommodating, and quick. It’s a little warm in here but not awful and what do you expect with grills and fryers going at all times. Pretty clean and seem kept up. Food was good and fresh.
