The staff was really friendly here and made the experience that much better. The food was pretty good as well and was ready not long after ordering. I will definitely be coming back here. Another bonus was I that they had truck parking spaces.

Normally whenever my husband and I are in Texas we enjoy Church’s chicken. This visit was horrible. We ordered spicy chicken and OMG….. Seasoning was definitely missing. So I asked is this original or spicy? I was told spicy….. Our chicken was extremely bland the jalapeno peppers helped a little with the taste. The Mac and cheese looked like Mac n cheese soup. Based on the appearance we didn’t bother to taste. The fries were extremely cold and lack the taste of any salt. The best part of our meal was the biscuits!!!! We definitely will not be back to this location.

First off Ann M at the window was rude as hell. Rolling her eyes and smacking her gross lips! Then she asked me spicy or not. I said not spicy and she gives me spicy! The classic chicken burger was like eating rubber. And the bone in chicken wasn’t cooked all the way! It was pink and slimy. I should have put a picture but gave it to my dog. Let’s hope my family does get sick.This was a reward for being a customer?! No thanks! I’ll NEVER eat here again! Not even if it’s free!

I have to say that growing up I liked Churches chicken but now I have no idea what they did but I don’t like it. I am not hard to please but if I can be honest the food offended me. Flavor, temperature, coating texture, it was a no on all fronts. The okra was acceptable. I know this is a harsh review and I hope they get better but I won’t be returning.the staff was wonderful but the food was not. I would have rather gone to McDonald’s and wasted my money there instead.

I really like this location. The chicken strips here are always excellent, but the gravy looks a little off, but still tastes great. Okra always looks burnt, but tastes good.

Middle aged woman at window who also took my order was rude when I asked a question to clarify my order. She rolled her eyes and walked away changed out my chicken then came Back to ask more questions after the fact when nothing needed to even be changed out in the first place. Negative vibe all around.

When I order my food I ask if everything was fresh on 8/17/21 between 7 and 8 pm they said yes as you can see in the pictures everything soaked in grease. Very unprofessional they need more experience on the fryers not just get anybody and put them to cook. It looks and tasted like old grease.

The chicken sandwich I guess had a overhaul but not in a good way. It used to be a decent piece of chicken meat, great bun with pickles one of my favs.
Now it’s a very thin piece of chicken on a smashed bun. No flavor, chewy, just not good . Lost a customer for sure.

I want churches chicken today and was terrible greasy they didn’t have regular dark chicken ready i had to go to Counter to get twice for napkins my missing side I was so happy when they decided to a churches in lyte but just read the reviews I guess don’t care it rank at 3.8 so sad they need better management
