I love Church’s Chicken new $5 meal! What a blessing. The workers are so courteous and helpful. The reason I gave it only one star for atmosphere is a corporate problem. They should update/fix this facility, fix the signs and order box, parking lot and make it a signature Church’s facility! Such great/faithful workers need a better facility with updated design and construction.

They don’t listen to what you’re ordering and give you the wrong food. Then when you let them know, they try to blame you as if you didn’t know what you ordered. No compensation for the attitude either. Also, it’s filthy. The food is good, but everything else….NO!

horrible service. ordered a doordash, it kept sending different drivers then come to find out the workers were telling people we were “scamming” because someone came and picked up the food… when we literally called up there to ask why so many different dashers had went up there and hadn’t received the food and we were talked to rudely on the phone. shit aint nothing to try to “scam” for some food when i literally paid for it..

So I want to get five stars really bad because I like giving five stars and the service was good and I appreciate the warm attitude at the drive-thru but the fries were just warm and definitely a little soggy and I ordered two spicy thighs and the receipt says two spicy thighs but I got two mild thighs. Other than that everything was great and I think that in the future were it not busy I would give this place five stars because I believe it’s a really good chicken joint

They refused to take my order threw the driver thru window made me get out to place my order in the cold and I still had to wait to place my order with no customer’s there the employees were standing around not doing anything eating and playing on phones and the lady told me don’t be mad because it’s cold because she is cold to my order was wrong very unprofessional who is the supervisor no one had gloves on are hairnets eating while fixing food is crazy very unsanitary

this location absolutely sucks !!! stood at the window along with about 6 other customers for almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. when they finally came to take our order they had nothing we tried to order !!! this place is trash

My family’s been coming to this location since I was a kid. Yes the parking lot is small. Yes sometimes you have to wait for your order. To have a fresh order of chicken that just came out of the fryer.. It’s worth it.
