OMG!! I LOVED my first experience in a Church’s restaurant. The welcome when I first came in was insanely good, the young adults working there were fenomenal. Their names are; Joel, Raul , and Guillermo. They gladly helped me decide what to eat and explained me the deals. Those young adults were speedy with my order and got nothing wrong !!!EXCEPTIONAL!!! I don’t know what that restaurant would be without them. One thing I disliked about this experience though was the manager or (someone), getting mad at a worker right in front of me. It made me feel sad, I almost wanted to jump the bar and give him a hug telling him that everything would be ok. But other than that it was a really good experience.

I luv Church’s chicken but this one on Southmore has rude workers with no customer service skills. They answer on the speaker in a rudely manner as well. I still tried to place my order which is chicken fried steak with an extra chicken fried steak patty and they told me they don’t sell extra patties which is not true because I always order that with no problems at any other Church’s. When I told them that they didn’t even try to satisfy their customer so I drove off. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to eat there do 2 lack of customer service. They just need a whole new staff.

The Smoke House chicken is back right now. You have to get it cooked fresh that’s the only way to eat it and you will not be disappointed. I got the $5 meal for lunch! The only thing with this location is, it needs to be updated outside/inside!

Ordered a 18pc regular chicken dinner with fried okra cole slaw & mashed potatoes. The chicken was dried out extra crispy and super overcooked. The cole slaw was chunky, The okra was burned to a crisp, biscuits are dry. Don’t order delivery from them.

Staff is always bored and in bad mood. The restaurant seems to have all kind of food ready but when you order, they always put you to wait and start making your order in the spot.. The restaurant is empty, however all the parking spot are busy due to people from other restaurant parking there and Churchs chicken doesn’t care or is unable to sign their apot, which means if you go there, you won’t find a spot.
