I just picked up an order from this location a few minutes ago, and I am extremely disappointed. As soon as I bit into the chicken, I realized it was completely spoiled. The taste and smell were unmistakable, and it was honestly shocking that something in this condition was served to a customer.
This experience has truly let me down hoping I don’t get sick from the one bite. I hope management addresses this issue immediately—no one should have to worry about eating spoiled food. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.

It was 9:50 and drive thru told me they didn’t mind dropping fresh chicken even though it was 10 min until closing. I appreciated their service. The food was for my 3 boys and I!!!!

I had to throw away the food because it tasted disgusting and they didn’t give me any napkins and they didn’t give me my biscuit either and when I went to complain he answered me rudely assuring me that he had already given it to me and that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately I lost my money on this purchase and I am leaving angry and dissatisfied but I will not buy from this place again.

Made me wait 10 minutes for fresh spicy chicken and when I got home the chicken was old and regular. Called them the same night but no answer. Called the next afternoon and an Alexandra told me she couldn’t help because a manager wasn’t there then she stated to bring the food back and she’ll replace it SMH. Been calling to speak to a manager since and no one answers the phone. Called corporate office as well to get a refund.

Churches Chicken has lost its touch. The chicken has no flavor. The chicken is way too dark and dry. Looks like they refry the chicken. The chicken was not covered in flour completely. I asked for original they put spicy in with my original chicken. I have had to drive back several times to get fresh chicken. They need to clean those vats. The oil is dark and gives the chicken a burnt look. You try to call the store no answer. Very unprofessional. Now I’m understanding why churches chicken are shutting down. They need to beat their competitors which is KFC and HEARTS Chicken . Hopefully the corporate office cares enough about their paying customers. Especially with prices are extremely expensive. We want a good quality chicken for the money we pay
