I will never spend my money here again. Sunday, placed a online order for pickup after church i was already in route to the place. I arrived five minute’s after my pick up time. Pickup up my order and got back in my car to continue heading home. A other five minute drive and I made it home to have dinner with my family and discovered my food was not made fresh. I ordered a 10 pc. Family meal. My experience in working in the fast food industry i can identify when chicken has been sitting under the heat lamp for a long period of time to where some areas of the chicken was dried out and hard. I believe pick up order should be cook fresh to go. Very disappointed.

I stopped by this Church’s location and was seriously impressed. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned — you can tell they take pride in the kitchen. The chicken was crispy without being greasy, the biscuits were soft and buttery, and everything tasted like it was made with real care.
The customer service stood out, too. Gloria was friendly, fast, and welcoming, and the place felt clean and well-run even during a busy time. You don’t always get that at fast-food spots, but this location definitely has their stuff together.
Overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. ✨

Man I wouldn’t even feed this crap(tenders) to my dog. How do you serve or even make soggy tenders? I’ve had baked tenders more crispy than these tenders. Total waste of my time and money. And I think it was a manager that served me. And he had to know when he picked up those tenders that were not done or soggy because the skin doesn’t stick picking them up. Definitely check your food before leaving. They’re selling and serving stuff they wouldn’t eat themselves.

My better half went to this location 12/3 and bought chicken that was old , dry and seemed refried. He tried calling immediately and no one answered the phone. I called 12/4 and spoke with an employee who became defensive and said that they don’t refry chicken. Well it’s pretty obvious when chicken has been rebattered and fried again hence the extensive amount of batter. I personally went by the next day the lady that answered at the drive thru wanted to discuss the matter over the speaker so I did. She was more polite regarding the situation. I parked up front and waited for the chicken to be cooked. The general manager came out to my car after he wa made aware and proceeded to tell me that didn’t happen and that’s not how they do business. We went back and forth with me about that’s not how they do business. I could smell the cooking oil was old and the taste of burned oil was prevalent. My partner said it tasted better than the batch he purchased on Wednesday but it still wasn’t good. I will not bother going back to this location again. 2 buses of a female basketball team also arrived at this location while I was waiting. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The staff is horrible.I went to I this location on two occasions. Both times the staff members were arguing with each other. They were arguing about who was going to clean what when the restaurant was closed.it took over twenty minutes for someone to acknowledge me. when she finally did she told me they were out of a item I mobile ordered. Had they not argued with each other for over twenty minutes I would nave known sooner. I do not recommend anyone doing an online order just in case they want to argue instead of providing customer service.

The brookshire location really should be ashamed of themselves especially the franchise owner! The absolute only reason this location gets business is because it’s located near a truck stop. Today was my second time going to the drive thru in 4 weeks. First time I went there no one acknowledged me at the drive thru so I said “ hello” the response I got was “ be patient “ the young boy in the working the drive thru is very rude and slow. I went today to the drive thru and same thing except I didn’t say hello I just sat at the drive thru setting oddly waiting. This boy is in no rush whatsoever to do anything except take your money and NOT provide a receipt. Both times I have visited have been during the lunch hour on my break. God forbid you make changes at the window… he will go to the counter on the inside and take someone else’s order before he reruns to give what you requested. I won’t speak on his appearance….. the owner should care more about his store and provide proper training for a fast food chicken spot or just shut the restaurant down. I’ve visited this place last year with no issues like this. I am not sure if management has changed but if so it SUCKS big time!!

I went to buy a meal just chicken and I had a great promo given to me by the manger Miss.Gloria she is very friendly and has Excellent customer ser ice I was able to get 2 boxes of 8 pieces from 15.90 as there chicken is 8 for 6.99 on wendsdays thank you miss Gloria I was able to have a good meal for my kids super blessed

The fried chicken was old. It was so dried that I couldn’t even bite. They shouldn’t sell the old pieces to customers. I won’t come back to this store.
