Visited the drive thru where I sat for 15 minutes after being asked to hold. The vehicle in front of me was serviced while myself and other cars sat and waited. When I finally ordered, I requested spicy chicken and told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes for them to cook. It was lunch time meaning customers are on time constraints and there was no consideration of the customers time as well.
