I the wings were dry like they had been sitting there too long. Church’s Chicken are known for their nice wings but e even though they were small, the density(thickness) of the meat changes how long you cook it and lay up under that heat. I asked for a large white gravy and they gave me 3 small gravy’s. Now I’m not made for them trying to make up for the large but each small gravy was barely enough if not half full. I feel like i got ripped off all the way around. I noticed also that they were trying their best. But the quality sucks ! Never in my 50 years have I experienced Church’s Chicken like that

Little guy told me that I couldn’t get fresh chicken until they sale all of the chicken that’s been sitting for thirty minutes. That’s terrible because I use to get my chicken cooked fresh for me at this location all of the time. Every single time I came to this location they would cook my chicken fresh. Not this time. Who wants to pay a premium price for some rusty thirty minute old chicken?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Showed up to buy some good food before they closed and got told they were closed that they close at 9:50 when the door says 10. I understand having to shut down and clean up but why not sell the food that’s clearly stacked up on the chicken rack?!?

Waited 20minutes for a 2piece, chicken was dry, burnt, and old. Manager Gary was rude and didn’t care that it was taking so long. When I told him that I was going to report him, he said go ahead. I watched him give out the wrong order repeatedly. This place has really went downhill in the past 2months. I will not return and I will tell everyone I know not to eat there.

i never dog on churchs chicken but over cooked chicken wrong drink order and missing mash potatoes is just plain sorry. get off your phone and pay attention. i would’ve been better off eating gas station pizza.

I use to really like this particular store.
However today I couldn’t even place an order because noone even acknowledged that I was there. They all looked at me like I was a foreign object. And not a single employee was doing anything but leaning on a counter or wall. Not gonna beg for food! You’ll get 1 more time and I’ll be done with this location. I didn’t get anything therefore no stars, especially for service.
