I’ve never had church’s before, this was my first time. Ordered a chicken fried steak for dine in. They handed me a spork to eat with, I asked for a knife and was told they don’t have any. So I broke 3 plastic sporks trying to eat my food. Steak was alright, Mac n cheese was really good, and the biscuit was nasty. Restaurant interior wasn’t very clean. I was incredibly frustrated with my drive through experience. I asked for the 10 piece tender family meal, and after multiple attempts to get the correct order information communicated I thought we had finally got it. Paid for my meal only to find that I had instead been charged for the 15 piece meal. I was unpleasantly surprised, but it was late so I just rolled with it. Waited 15 minutes in my car, and then finally went inside to pick up my meal assuming they had forgotten me. They were working on my order and were apologetic. Very pleasant staff. Took my food out to my car, and then upon returning home found that I was short one biscuit, and four tenders. The food is good, but I was disappointed with almost every other aspect of my meal.

Had wonderful smiling faces working here!! Food was amazing! Couldn’t ask for better chicken!! Fresh Grease is definitely the key!!

My husband and son said that the manager on duty tonight was absolutely amazing the food was amazing and they made sure we had condiments and silverware. We will definitely be coming back thank you all for an amazing meal

The staff was friendly and the food was fresh except for the mac and cheese. The sides were supposed to have been large family sides but they weren’t even half full. You might have to ask for condiments because none were offered nor put in the bag, not even napkins. Because this is a new establishment you would expect some errors. Will give them another shot on another day.

My husband placed an order online to pick up, when he got home with order we were missing a whole meal it was too late to go back because we lived far. They also had the order wrong in the bag and the chicken was cold.

Ordered dark meat, was given white. Ordered a cup of gravy, never received it. Ordered a 3 piece, was given a 2 piece. Someone needs to learn to read. And politeness was non existent. Awful experience all around. Although, to give some credit, the food we did receive, was delicious! Service just needs work…
