Andrea was at the register told me that it would take 30min for spicy chicken,then when I asked about the sign outside that says 30 seconds or it’s free she said that’s only mon-friday.when I said I would wait she told me she couldn’t make change. Manager was very rude and didn’t want to give het name. This place customer service is straight trash.they need to reevaluate who the hire.

Sunday evening 7:30 no chicken breast, no wing, not even that busy to not have the chicken. Cashier in front looks overwhelmed, she is not even listening to the orders. Won’t stop here again.

To Corporate I think they may be taking good home to their families my food is never fresh the biscuits are hard as a rock they’re dry with no butter or glaze on them the fries are undercooked and the chicken is over cooked chicken should be cool for a least 12 mins just because it spicy don’t just drop the chicken and not pull it out of the grease to make sure its cooking properly then drop the chicken back in the grease and please don’t cook chicken frozen because I know because it taste like rubber in the inside and the outside crust is hard and dry you’ll always overcooking the food and you still send it out knowing that the food isn’t right but you don’t care all you want is a paycheck if people stop coming to this location because of you’ll are not cooking the chicken and etc right you want have a job you will be jobless sothe best thing to do is send out fresh and hot food I will be calling the Health Department if this situation is not fixed.

I was waiting for my food for 15min and they give more order wrong because they can’t read. And then teenagers came in and they give them free food with out pay. They had my food set for 2 min into they give to me . The 15 min I was there they give free food to there 3 friends box of chicken. They took they order fast. The first manger was rude she told me there make there food u don’t make big deal. Manger francasa try to talk to me but I refuse because she started talk spanish with other manger talk bad about me and thought i didn’t understand because i dont look Mexican.

Update, they are always out of condiments like ketchup and hot sauce. I like my chicken with hot sauce, my kids with ketchup I also get no napkins every time. The sides are not filled all the way, for the price we pay they should be full. 2 sides came with the meal I bought an extra large side and paid almost $8 for it to not even be full.

This is the worst un professional church’s! All the staff don’t care about giving the orders right they gave me 2 Cole slaw and no mashed potato, no biscuits either! Don’t don’t care when you go back they want to charge again!

Hispanic lady at the window said they only have spicy chicken at 8pm on a Tuesday. I get to the window and try to place an order and the other Hispanic lady behind her starts talking smack asking why I am ordering at the window. Mind you, this is the chaotic setup that they had going on. She then turns to me and says we are out of chicken while smiling. Absolutely no customer service skills.
