Y’all gotta start giving people what they pay for. You can’t skimp on everything . I ordered a chicken strip combo and received 5 fries, watery gravy, and no biscuit. I know it’s hard dealing with the public all day, but please don’t have a poor attitude toward those of us who pull up with a smile and no demands. The older lady at the drive thru was something else. She clearly didn’t want to be bothered.

Waited 20 minutes on a 2 piece chicken and on top of that it wasn’t even hot when I got it! That’s just the 1st half… hadn’t ate nothing all day and while I was eating i started feeling funny at the stomach and low and behold 5 minutes later I was throwing my insides up!!!! Never ever again…. only takes me 1 time to learn my lesson! Won’t be a 2nd

It’s 7:57 PM on Sunday 2/1/2026. I’ve been sitting here at the drive thru microphone for 10 min. I attempted to speak and heard nothing, pure silence. After 10 min. I heard laughter. I thought “ok maybe they don’t know I’m here”. I drive up to the window, an older Hispanic woman looks at me and keeps walking. She had burgundy hair (no acknowledgment). There was another woman who also looked me dead in my eyes and kept it moving (also appeared to be a younger Hispanic woman). Finally there was a Hispanic male (wore glasses with a grey hoodie) ALSO looked me dead in my eyes and continued on minding his business. This was my first time at this location. It will also be my last.

I visited Church’s Chicken at 201 E Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville, TX on 10/11/25 and ordered a 16-piece family meal for $48.01 (Check #10070). The experience was disappointing. No napkins were provided—we had to get out of the car to ask for them. The chicken tasted refried, the mashed potatoes were cold, and no drinks were included despite the high cost. The restaurant windows were dirty and cluttered, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. I expected better quality and cleanliness for the price.

Most of the time this location is on point but today not all! I ordered a 9 piece hot honey lemon pepper wing combo and these wings are bone dry! They were so stingy with the sauce it’s pathetic. Note I’m mad bc I drive from Cedar Hill to get these weak wings

The old (Hispanic) lady was super rude to everyone. She kept on complaining about another customers order. He ordered the 10pc chicken strips, and she kept on saying “no el me ordenó pollo y no me dijo de acual y yo le di pollo” “no me dijo cual bebida quiere y yo nomás le di coca” like girl get your ears checked. Then with another customer she wanted legs only and she told her “no because she had way to many thighs” like ma’am you’re going to sell what the customer wants not what YOU WANT. Then some little kids came in wanting to use the restroom it was an emergency and she didn’t let them she said “customers only” and started to talk bad about them just because they wanted to use the restroom!!!! The kids ended up buying some fries just to use the restroom. So RUDE, so HATEFUL, this lady needs to get FIRED!!!! This was very uncomfortable we couldn’t even eat in peace because she was complaining so damn much. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit instead of treating everyone so bad, her life must be so miserable to be wanting to make others feel bad.

Service was a tad slow. Maybe a language barrier … None of them spoke good English and could barely communicate with me. Then I tried something new and should have went with spicy legs like I always do.
