Worst customer service experience I had so far since i have been doing reviews. So much to say, so keeping it short. Customer service was so passive aggressive I thought it was an episode of Gossip Girl. And the Christopher C. That works there. All I gotta say is “there was signs” HR. Also, also, our sides were supposed to be fries and cloeslaw and got they got it wrong twice plus the bags were almost empty anyways. Photos for Legal proof.

Do not ever eat at this restaurant nor order food from them. I had chicken, fries, and mashed potatoes ordered to my address yesterday. The fries and chicken were consistent of a couple of days old. And beyond that, I received 9 pieces out of the 10 I ordered. This place is gross. I mean gross!!! I’m calling the AHealth Dept on them.

I tried to place the order online and it wouldn’t go through, so I thought I would just order at the window. There were no cars in the parking lot & it was completely dead which should have been an indication to me that maybe I shouldn’t come here. The guy that took my order was extremely hard to understand and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for the “choose 2 real deal”. He made the process so incredibly difficult that I told him to just cancel my order. I was going next door to Arby’s. It was pretty disappointing cuz I really wanted to try the jalapeno cheese bomber wrap but maybe at another location I’ll give it a try again.

If I could rate it lower, I would. The cashier acted like we were a bother. The food…ehhhhh. Pickles were added to a sandwich when asked for them not to add them. We had to clean the table, it was filthy. The bathroom…. disgusting. I have always loved Church’s and this made me sad.

I ordered jalapeño poppers and the outside was cooked but not inside. Was still cold. They didn’t have any ranch to go with it either. Could tell they fry okra and French fries in the same grease as the poppers as I had several in my poppers.

Its 1:45pm. As you can see from the puctures, the place is empty but trashed. Biscuits were hard and the chicken was good. People friendly. Just not very clean. 2 pc meal cost me $11.

Terrible. Waste of 50 dollars. Got the 16 piece which is suppose to be 4 chicken breast and there was only 2 and all the chicken was cold. The potatoes were dry and crumbly (see photo) the Mac and cheese container wasn’t even full. Will not eat at the one again. Yuck.

Had a great take-out experience tonight, 3/2/22. Check the web site for coupons, because we got complete meals for two for $7.99 total! Including 5 pieces of legs & thighs, two biscuits, two sides. The spicy chicken was juicy but the skin crispy. I had never eaten here before, and was surprised at how good everything turned out. The employees were kind and helpful. This was actually enough food for two meals for us. The sauces were great, especially the honey barbecue and jalapeno ranch.
