I don’t know if it’s the workers or the bad vibes/ energy given at this location but this is my 2nd bad experience and will be the last time visiting this location. After paying $42 for our family meal our large masted potatoes and jalapeño bombers was forgotten by the employees. Not for sure on what the purpose of having a coke cola drink dispenser in the lobby is for when you can’t fill up your cup. The employees take the cup behind the counter and use theirs. I’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes because they forgot to cook our bombers. They need a major turn around. The Hispanic manager keeps serving off the order on the screen then ask me for my receipt.

Never have spicy chicken when you order it. Always have to wait. Was told about 4 minute wait. Ordered anyway 2 pc dark meat (leg & thigh) . Waited 3 minutes at the window before anyone took my payment. Waited another 2 minutes & was asked to move forward. 10 minutes later, as I was parked in front of the store, I see her putting chicken in the fryer. 5 minutes later (20 minutes total) I go inside to see what is taking so long & was told 4 more minutes. I said you told me 4 minutes 20 minutes ago & she (the manager & the only person I see working) decided to argue with me & said she told me 20 minutes. I said if she would’ve told me 20 minutes, I wouldn’t have ordered. If she told me 20 minutes & I did order, I wouldn’t be back at the counter asking why it was taking so long. I told her if she told me 20, why did she say 4 more? I told her I saw her put the chicken in the fryer 15 minutes after I placed my order. Instead of offering me substitute chicken (white meat), which they had, she decided to argue with me & say, I’ll just cancel your order & give you your money back. She showed no concern for me as a customer. Took no responsibility in the ordeal. When asked for her manager’s number, she refused to give it to me. Pretty much worst experience I’ve had in quite a long time.

The service was excellent! The lady and gentleman helping was outstanding. I misunderstood what they had told me and they new what was needed and took care of us to perfection. My wife hade teeth pulled with a dental surgery and needed soft food. They cooked it fresh with no problem and was very kind and showed great patience with us being confused for a second. My wife says Thank you cause she hadn’t eaten anything for a 33 hours and was able to eat. Thank you to the entire crew!!!!!!

Very friendly staff and extremely delicious well cooked/ fried food. I don’t like chicken much hate on me all you want but churches is absolutely delectable! The manager there seems to be by herself most days but even then she never rushed the food and makes sure every corner is covered! 10/10 will be having churches at least once a week

Got our order wrong. Wrong amount of tenders and wrong tender type. Food was barely warm as well. Seems like there’s only one or maybe two people running the whole place so they are extremely slow. Very disappointed, they obviously need more help there.

I went to the drive-through. There were a couple of cars in line before me. I sat at the speaker for at least 20 minutes before my order was actually taken. The The chicken was dry like it had been sitting there for hours yet supposedly she said they were so busy. I got a chicken breast and wing two sides of potatoes and three biscuits and it was $17. I’m sorry after waiting that long to get my food or even place my order that’s a ridiculous cost, and then the food being subpar. Next time I’ll take my business to Kentucky Fried chicken right across the street. It’s always hot and always fresh and I’ve never waited that long at the speaker to take my order do better. I won’t be back.

Just got home with a double biscuit size half chicken and to beat that it still had down on it, feathers on my chicken not just a few check out the photo. If I wanted feathers on my chicken I wouldn’t order it cooked. They have got to do better. How much did I pay for the baby chicken and how much did the feathers cost me?

Stopped for a quick lunch before a college game. Food was good, hot, and fresh, but not fast. Only saw two employees, one cook and one front-end worker. One customer walked out after a wait before the front-end worker even acknowledged them. Not a good impression.
