The store parking lot is terrible and can possibly damage your alignment. The staff are Super slow. I ordered my food on the way from Noble just to ensure that it would be ready for me. I arrived and still had to wait 20 minutes before I received my spicy chicken legs and thighs. The manager is amazing. She gets food out expediously. We know when she’s not on duty. To get her outstanding customer service and food quickly visit during the day time hours.

Worst churches ever. Waited an hour in the drive through. Pulled up to pick up window because the person kept saying ‘just a few minutes’ on the microphone. They see me and I politely ask if they are taking orders today. The guy says ‘I don’t know. I have to ask the manager’ as he’s flipping his headset around in circles. The manager is inside oddly moving chicken from the left to the right back and forth making no progress with orders. People are yelling in the parking lot for their chicken and cursing. The little boy is still flipping around his headset and smiling. SO, the boy takes my order 3 times, then a fourth time the manager asked me what I ordered. He looks takes my order finally and when I receive it, it is not my order at all. I tell them this. I check a second time and it is wrong again. They give me everything except what I ordered. I think they have something wrong with them. They just aren’t right. There’s still a long line and people cursing about chicken. NO ONE has gotten any food and it has been an hour. I’ll be back in a month when they hire new people. The chicken is good.

They usually have fresh food if you’re willing to wait a few minutes. You will definitely need to double check your order when they bring it out to you. But the staff are friendly and food is good. Missing fries and white gravy with my tenders but the creamy jalapeño sauce was good. My son devoured his immediately.

I asked for a 3 piece , you gave me 5 chicken fingers
I asked for jalapeños bombers and they look like this on the inside
On top of that, we waited over 20 min for the food, just for it to be all wrong .
The lady was short, sounded black but had a head wrap on like an Indian . She was even talking on her cell phone the whole time while taking our change/ money through the drive through
By far the worst experience ever, and I can ensure you, I will never eat church’s again for a very long time

Terrible environment, dirty place. The people don’t have good customer service. They’re unfriendly. We were served old gravy, old greasy chicken. The chicken sandwich I ordered was on stale bread. And the chicken was old, and very small. It tastes terrible and we lost our appetite already just from how filthy the place and people were. Definitely not coming back again.

Every single time I go to this store the lady who always wares the scarf on her head never ever gets my order right. I stopped going there for a long time but tonight I’m tired worked all day just wanted to grab something to eat. She sold me a 10 PC family ml. I told her I wanted corn and coleslaw. Honey and butter. I EVEN ASKED HER did you give me honey butter a d sge yes yes. Only get home shw gives me mashed pit and corn and flipping ketchup. With. Let that be the reason I will never ever go back there again. It’s every time it’s something with her.

We did a mobile order. They missed one of our sides, the other side were cold fries. They also missed our sauces. Wrong container/bags were used for everything, the biscuits were mushed inside a paper bag. Sweet tea tasted diluted almost like water.

Food and dessert was fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. We will go again. My sister said her spicy rice was really spicy but she really liked it. She also had corn on the cob which was great. I didn’t think to get to take pictures of the other two meals. They ate them before I was ready to post my review.
