I had a horrible experience at this location, mainly due to the behavior of the drive-thru employee, Naesha. She was extremely rude and very short while taking my order. After finishing my order, she simply said, “Pull up to the window,” without telling me my total or even saying she’d give it to me at the window.
When I got to the window, she told me the price, I paid, and she handed me my receipt. I then tried to ask for spicy sprinkle and a few other condiments, but she cut me off, said “pull up and park,” and closed the window in my face.
I said, “Hey, did you hear me?” She replied “Yes,” and slammed the window shut again.
I went inside to speak with the manager, Shawn, who apologized but immediately blamed it on the dinner rush and even admitted that he acts the same way sometimes. (I can’t make this up!!) That pretty much explains why the staff behaves like this. Another customer inside said this is exactly why she avoids the drive-thru altogether.
The customer service here is terrible and clearly starts at the top. Shawn told me Matt will be the new manager, and I truly hope he can clean this place up because it desperately needs it.
Honestly, I should’ve just gone to Chick-fil-A—where asking for condiments doesn’t feel like a personal attack and good customer service isn’t optional.

Yesssssss, I agree with Shani from the previous review along with several others. After some young female finally started speaking, I placed my order. As I was placing my order she was talking and laughing with someone else!!! What??? I repeated the wing order, she said ok. Then she responded, “we ain’t got no more wings”. For clarification purposes I asked her to repeat. And yes, she repeated the same way!!! This was around 9 pm on 2.2.26 after just leaving a church function. It was and is unfortunate this young lady was unprofessional at best!!! I am sure reliable, dedicated workers are hard to come by!!! However, please train those currently employed in courtesy and respect!!!

Food is decent, not sure what to really expect from a fast food joint. Worse part I think is about every time I go in I will usually stand there a good 5 mins or longer before I’m spoken to or my order is taken. This last time what I attempted to order they were out of, which is understandable if it was after the dinner rush but it was right around noon? I dunno probably will just steer clear of Churchs and KFC both for my chicken cravings.

place is a complete mess. got to wait 30 mins on everything then they come out to parking asking people what they got. i know it’s midwest city, but sweet jesus, what happened to church’s? Corporate-shut it down. update. still setting here over 30 minutes after order. no end in site apparently. 7pm on an order placed at 6:20pm.

Everyone at this location SHOULD BE FIRED!! Horrible customer service… kids in high school they think everything is a joke. They shut down at 9 when they close at 11pm… they never have spicy chicken… it’s always a 30 min wait… then they forget why your even waiting… the night shift manager don’t know what his/her name is but he’s absolutely the worst… no compensation after waiting 5 mins at the speaker… all around 0

Went there one day because the store on 23rd st has always been good. The store hours showed it should have been open, chicken cooked under light, but doors were locked. Went to drive thru and no one would answer. Went to front door then back thru the drive thru, and again back to front door. Still no one would answer so I went back to drive thru then pulled up to window and saw 3 people in and one finally came to the window. I order some chicken and she gave it to me. I was a little greasy. Unfortunately not many choices in food in this area. A week later needed to grab something fast and went by. This time a hand written note saying open at 12:00. It was about 11:30. Went and did some things and came back about 12:30 and they had a new sign that said reopen at 1:00. You have to open to reopen. Went to a different restaurant. No plan to come back.

I ordered over $50 in food on the mobile app. I showed up at the time of pick up and waited for about 40 minutes past pick up time, until they were done making my food. Not only did I have the long wait, but what I witnessed while I waited, was disturbing. So much cross-contamination. Workers digging through the trash and then going back and touching food. Without gloves on, btw! I was in such a shock, that I didn’t know what to say. I just left and called my husband, in disgust. Needless to say, that was $50 plus down the drain and we ended up having to get food elsewhere.

So today we went to this place for the 4th time since we moved to Del City, and let me start by saying, the food is cooked deliciously, but service in this place sucks. And we are not the only ones to say it, literally everyone says this place sucks when it comes to service. They act entitled, and don’t know how to take orders or simply refuse to listen to what exactly a customer wants. So my husband ordered a 9 pc chicken wings combo, but before he ordered it, he clearly asked the lady if the order can be made with flats ONLY, and the 3 time’s he repeatedly told her only flats chicken wings with the combo and she said yes absolutely. Well we got the order and when we drove away, the order was WRONG again yet for the 4th time. This is the 4th time our order is WRONG. And they expect to get paid $15.00 an hour when their service is not even a $7.00 and hour service. Everyone at that place looks pissed off all the time, lazy as hell not wanting to do anything, if you ask for anything, they look at you like your stupid or like your bothering them when nothing is in the bag,like napkins, utensils, straws. And on top of that the orders are always WRONG and the place is ALWAYS empty. No wonder this place is ALWAYS empty. Need new workers or shut this place down because it’s of no use to anyone anyways. Will NEVER go there again after the order was wrong for the 4th time. We are nice people and treat people with respect and let it go 3 times before but this time nahhh. 4 times way too many. We don’t need you, you need us to survive and keep this job . I can cook at home and make my own food the way we want it !!!

The chicken was so dry and hard we could hardly eat it. Got a family meal with 2 sides and their family order of fries was maybe 20 fries and the family order of Mac and cheese was 2 single servings of Mac and cheese. We will never order from there again. It was closed by the time my son got home with the food or I would have called and complained. $30 and barely edible.
