I went today around 1:45pm and it was $22 because I ordered mixed chicken. Only to get home ans find they gave me all dark chicken and one wing! To add insult to injury before I left I asked if he reverted to put my jalapeño pepper in the bag and he said yes! And he didn’t!
But I blame myself because I smelled the grease as soon as he handed me the bag and they haven’t changed it

Old dried out chicken for high prices, I’ll go to Golden corral for a few extra dollars get some dessert salad and even some fresh shrimp or steak that’s actually tasted good and filled me up for about the same price! Very dirty looking inside, I guess they don’t clean…. Because they’d rather be on their phone.

As a GM… I knew about “moments of truth.” Any interaction between my store/or brand, that the guest formed an opinion of me/brand. Well, in this case; the drive thru lane was littered with trash..and the grass needed cut.. At the we were greeted friendly enough. As we were the only people there; we weren’t pressed to order. Even the parking lot was pretty much vacant, too.
My sister ordered the 2 piece chicken meal. It comes standard with 1 side and a biscuit. My sis asked for the MP and gray. I decided to try the Bomber (4) for $3.19. AKA jalapeño poppers… We arrived at our destination and began to eat… We discovered the potatoes and gravy are missing. After googling the number…(because for some unknown reason the number isn’t on the receipt); I call the store. I told the lady we were just there and didn’t get our side of MP & gravy. She asks if we “want to come back” for it. I tell her not now; we would later. She then advises me, “we’re only giving you that, nothing else.” I then pointedly advised her that she wasn’t “giving” me anything… I paid for it; they failed to fulfill my order correctly. As authoritatively as she spoke, I believe she is the manager. THIS is probably the root reason for the lack of guests. In the picture, you can see; (not as clearly as I was able to) the manager busily texting on her phone. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the DM asking about the lack of sales! It was 12:25…and it was a ghost town. SMH.

Food was good. Nice and hot and fresh. But the person in the driver, although he was nice, does not listen. I asked for 3 legs and got 2 legs and a thigh. I also asked for Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes. Do a better job at listening to what the costumer wants since they are paying for what they asked for. Other than that it was okay.

Ordered a FAMILY meal AND a PERSONAL meal. The family meal was missing the French fries AND the dipping sauces. There were NO napkins OR silverware in the bag. The fries were TOTALLY cold and even my grandson wouldn’t eat them. The best part of the meal was the warm biscuits. Be a very long time before I order from here again.

I usually go at night. Daytime kids kinda don’t pay attention. I usually get quick service through the drive thru. The kids are nice. But make sure you check your order. Because sometimes if you request something it might not get done. I understand they do that type of order all day. So it comes out wrong. But if you make a request you expect them to listen to just one change. I usually don’t make a lot of requests due to most places with younger people they tend to not remember too many changes.
