Went in to eat and there was a couple ahead of us. When the girl completed their order she told us just a minute which is no problem. Then she proceeds to sweep and wipe stuff down and just walk around instead of taking our order

What a shame I was just passing through on my visit here–this has to be the best experience I’ve ever had at a Church’s by far. I usually visit Church’s in spite of poor customer service because I love the taste and the price, but today I experienced genuinely great service as well at a Church’s location. The three employees were all very efficient, got me my food quickly, and were friendly and kind without being overbearing. Although they were busy, it didn’t keep them from being positive, helpful and quick. It’ll be an easy choice to stop here again if I’m back in Fort Smith.

Tonight was my first time going to Church’s chicken. The guy at the window was very nice even though it was late. My food was awesome! The sauce on the Buffalo wings is not too spicy or too tangy, perfectly balanced flavor. They made my fries and wings fresh and I really appreciated that, especially towards the end of the night. Most fast food will serve you some slop at the end of the day and it was so satisfying to have the fries burning my mouth lol. They were crispy and weren’t smothered in salt which was refreshing. Another thing I was impressed by was the Ranch. Packaged ranch is usually disgusting (Sonic etc) but their ranch is the best I’ve had in a package. I have seen some low reviews but the crew tonight really did a great job and helped me have a fantastic evening (desperately needed). Thanks to the staff tonight you guys made my night! PUT SOME RESPECT ON CHURCH’S NAME!

Church’s gets it right, they fry their chicken to a nice golden brown. Too often , I’ve been disappointed in other places because the chicken is overdone and it’s too dark. Or it’s been sitting under a lamp too long and it’s dried out. My order today was very flavorful juicy, and and just the right amount of crisp. Their jalapenos are on Point as well as their biscuits. Every time I come here I usually go through the drive-thru and you’re always very friendly. Today I went inside to eat and again they were very friendly. The only complaint that I have about this location is it run down and needs some money spent updating it and the parking lot it’s atrocious. But the food, the food is good

I used to drive a distance of 40 minutes to get there every 2 or 3 weeks or so and lately something has changed. Then went the other day and asked for honey for my 3 piece chicken. She said you didn’t order a biscuit and that was the only way I could get ONE packet. I said I have never had that issue before. Then she made a smart remark and said I will give you one this time but no more in the future. They don’t have to worry about that 1 packet anymore. I will find somewhere else closer to home for 1 packet of honey for a 3 PC chicken.

I ordered a chicken sandwich just to try it… it was not good at all. Do not get it unless you want 3mm of chicken and only fried breading.
You can also be there for 5 min and come out smelling like fried chicken. So don’t come in there with your best Sunday fits.
